Same staff last year and she is very kind. I forgot to ask her name. Lots of food and variety

Bountiful breakfast.. very kind staff.. clean room and toilet

Some lights need repair .. cannot regulate aircon, its very cold. But I will definitely come back ?

Good and varied offer for breakfast. The room was large and airy.

Room was ok, bed was confortable, it was clean.

It was hot in the room. you can see that they did not invest in the hotel for some time so it is a bit old. But still comfortable.

I was wet ant tired from my hiking in the heat, when arriving before check-in time., but the friendly staff gave me the room earlier. The dining at the restaurant was good and the breakfast had a good selection.

It’s a bit out of the town, not many restaurants nearby.

I did not sleep well

I got during my 2 nights very noisy neighbors, singing and shouting until 2:30 in the night. Despite my call to reception and request them to call the noisy neighbors to stop, nothing happened and I spent 2 bad nights. The hotel is responsible to make respecting the quiet time, they did not do their job.

Overall it's ok for a short stay. Decent restaurant. Nice staff.

Breakfast is good, good coffee, and a good variety of breakfast items on offer

Disappointing that on a Saturday the bar in the hotel is closed. The hotel is a little off the nail town centre so if , on finding out that the bar us closed a guest would be unlikely to go back out. In my experience it is unusual for a hotel bar to close at 9 pm

The price is right. The breakfast is decent .

The location is a good distance from downtown . Not walkable.

The hotel was nice and clean. There were no restrictions when traveling with our dog.

The room was hot, and the air conditioning couldn't be controlled from the room.

we could'nt control the ac, and for using it or change the temp we need to call the reception.tfor the tv we had to call for help. it took 40 m.the water in the bathroom were hot, could'nt control it

Room was good, wifi in room pretty good for free, buffet breakfast had a good choice.

All went well, had to check out in the early hours and staff at the time unable to provide an invoice, said it would be emailed, suspect the lady wrote email address down wrong, requested I supply email address via booking.com message, replied to the reservations email, I have had to chase this up again 10 days later, as of now not yet received, annoying as it is required for expense report

Good hotel for a stop-over, - located close to motorway. Friendly staff. Breakfast for Italian Standard quite good. Quiet.

Limited space in the room for a chair at the computer desk.

Not clean we had some bugs in the room .Staff not really nice

The staff were really nice but the bed in the room was NOT comfortable at all . We ate twice the breakfast but it was disgusted really bad smell on every king of food what were there .

A stopover between Genoa and Switzerland, easy to get to and free parking on site.Nice buffet for breakfast.

The noise of the doors was high, and the lock of our door itself was not in good condition.

The room wasn’t very clean. cobwebs on the ceiling, long hairs in shower doors & the bottom sheet on the bed didn’t fit the bed properly so woke up both mornings on the mattress. Rooms need a good clean & TLC

Quiet room.

Surly receptionist, no grazie, no prego. Ghastly Eurotrash Italian pop music played loud in all ground floor common areas including the breakfast room. Breakfast was poor.
