Loved the decorations! From the saxophones to the antique wall maps and paintings, it b my are my stay so relaxing. And the great bicycle storage worked for me. Great value, nice staff, and good breakfast. Highly recommend.

Good location, very friendly and helping staff, facilities that suited our needs (room for bicycles), large rooms with comfortable toilets, good breakfasts.

The A/C was noisy but not cooling.

Textil covered walls in the room, I am allergic to dust and it caised me problems. I suppose that it ties dust, otherwise really clean room.

Our family room is simple but spacious and quiet with four beds. Exactly what we see from the pictures in the website. location is walking distance to the city center. When we check out, we met the owner and the gentleman showed us around the hotel and treated us coffee. very nice person. Very good that they also have free parking onsite. Buffet style breakfast with limited choices... simple and good enough.

Coffee at breakfast was served by seemingly inexperienced staff... so pretty slow.

Location near the motorway and within walking distance of town centre (approx 15 minutes). Private car park. Room was very spacious.

The whole hotel is a bit dated. The room was cold, probably because one of the two heaters was not working properly. We found a cobweb so cleanliness was not great. Breakfast was ok.

The Room was good for the price the breakfast was also good alltough as people mentioned if you get there late you may miss out on some things

The Restaurant that belongs to the Hotel we all didn't like, the staff was unpleasant and the food was also not glamorous surely i would recommend going somewhere else for that

* The room and the property were clean* big enough* staff was friendly/helpful.* breakfast average but it should have better for the Mediterranean country.

* There was a wifi in our room in appearance but in reality there was no. But in the lobby it worked effectively. Maybe it was about location of the room.* Location is a bit far away (20mins to the center). Vercelli is a small city but there is no public transportation from the hotel to center vice versa. There is no taxi but the hotel provides taxi service in 10 euros. * The hotel was under renovation for external facade works. So we couldn’t open the window and sometimes even curtains because of the dust and privacy. * There was a bathtub for shower and it was too high. In the kitchen there were webs in ceiling.

Great value for money, the room was big and the bed quite comfy. The shower pression was great. Also, the hotel's restaurant is really good.

The restaurant didn't have tiramisù, and the location is a bit far, apart from that everything was OK.

The hotel locates in the periferia of Vercelli but in walking distance from railway station - 25 min and city center - 15 min. The room has basic amentities - AC, minibar. The bathroom has bath, bide. The breakfast was basic. The room was calm. The staff was helpful.

The hotel has stange scaffolding appearance. No kettler.

Nothing to complain about.

The staff were helpful and organised pizza for delivery (there's no restaurant there or anywhere near!). The rooms are fine. And the breakfast was adequate. Perfectly fine for a one night stopover.

The location isn't great. Be careful of mosqitoes if you sit outside.

Price

Facilities. There is no lift to higher floors, so we need to carry luggage's.

Breakfast included in price was a welcome bonus.

The staff were very nice. The owners look after their guests very well
