Lovely friendly and welcoming staff... Hotwl room is perfectly clean, heating also working well... Spacious room, quite comforrable.

Next time we will not accept staying in a room with 2 single beds... The matresses are extremwly uncomfortable and if you move in the bed, the matress also moves and slips away... Quite hard to sleep... Probablu the situation would be better if we had a room with double bed.

Great staff. I was late but they waited for me to arrive. Then organised a late supper at a local restaurant which was perfect.

The owner/manager was accommodating and kind. The room was big and clean.

Good breakfast delivered to room. Room was comfortable and very spacious. Very accommodating with storing our bikes overnight. Let us know where we should explore and dine.

Apparently the owner did not have any record of us having paid through booking.com but this was soon sorted out. He had obviously had a bad experience of a previous client leaving early and skipping paying which made him a little aggressive.

Quick access , good location , great service

Quant old fashioned hotel. Room was large and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good.Vercelli is a nice town with great links to Milan and Turin by train. The locals were really friendly

Location is a bit out of the main town but its a nice walk.

I had an excellent stay at the Matteotti. Very friendly staff and owner. Beautiful room as well. Highly recommended!

Warm, gracious welcome, from a charming host. The interior of the hotel was a pleasant surprise, being well furnished and spacious. One of the couples in our party was up graded on arrival from a twin bedded to a double room. Suggestions on places to see and possible restaurants were provided. Bikes housed securely overnight as requested and in the morning, after a very good breakfast, which was served in our rooms, the offer of leaving the car parked at the premises was made. This made it easier to explore the city fully without worrying about parking.

The guy in the reception is helpfull and nice.

It is outside the city, in a ugly neighborhood, the air condition did not work at night , it was super hot, and when we opened the window was noisy and full of mosquitos. We could not sleep at all.

Easy to find, 10 minutes from the town centre with easy parking. The host was very friendly & let me put our motorcycle inside his garage.

The whole hotel was a bit tired & in need of renovation. The air conditioning did seem to work so we had to sleep with the window open & were kept awake by people sitting & talking outside. Breakfast was served in our room & was disappointing being coffee in a paper cup, orange juice in a carton & a croissant in a bag. We only needed a bed for the night so none of this was a major problem for us but if you need to stay for several days you may not agree with the 3* rating it appears to have,

The owner was super nice and let me in early since I was riding my bike on the Rome pilgrimage route. He even washed my back off before putting it in the garage. The hotel was spacious, comfortable, and there is an amazing restaurant a block way (huge thanks to the owner for sending me that way).

Lovely clean, quiet hotel with a great breakfast served to the room. The pastries were delicious and fresh!The host was very attentive and punctual. Great experice and would stay again.

There is no buffet so they bring it to Your room. A list of what is availabel would be helpful. f.ex. I like yoghurt natur and I do nor like sweets
