- The air conditioning in the room(114 &115) didn’t work, the toilet was also not working, and the water pressure in the room's faucets was very low. What bothered us the most was that my guest, Oxana Demczuk, who stayed in bungalow 131, went to the reception the day before check-out to ask for help because a key and 230 reais were missing. To this day, no one has contacted her with a response or any explanation. Considering the amount I paid for the stay, at the very least, it would have been a kind gesture for you to give attention to Mrs. Oxana.
