- Was quiet, clean and close to my destination.
- We booked this hotel to be close to a site we wanted to visit and BECAUSE IT ADVERTISED PARKING. When we checked in, we were told that the manager emailed us that no parking was available. This was not true. We did receive an email (after the booking and while we were driving to the hotel) that said: We invite you to consult our different services in attachments:• Different options offered by Grand Parc Hotel• Different parking options• Restaurants in the surrounding areaNothing in the two attachments (received after arriving at the hotel) had anything in them about not having parking available. We had to park in public parking, not conveniently located. Worst part, the day we left, we had to depart very, very early. It was dark and pouring, and we had to get to the public parking and then load the car at the side door. The best part about this hotel was the restaurant, which is not owned by the hotel. And, THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON ALL DAY.We were awakened by very loud contruction noises at 8 am.
- We stayed here to be close to Geneva airport for early morning flight. Perfect location to airport. Clean, modern hotel. Parking is free in building and easy to use even with our small SVU. There are black-out shades, unlike other reviews state. Great pizza in place next door, not much else nearby.
Cons -
- Not easy to communicate in english, there were constructions in front of the hotel. Breakfast was connected to a restaurant next to them, with very basic options.
- Deceptive description, there was NO PARKING; there is ongoing CONSTRUCTION.
- Reception supposed to open at 2:00. They arrived about 2:15. Miserable pillows!!

Location and price
Not many on-site parking and underground parking spots are too small for modern cars. Better park across the indoor parking deck at very cheap price.
Near to centre.
Shower floor slippery and no hand rail.Paper cups and sparse tea/coffee/milkRestaurant and reception opening times a little lax.
The room was clean and comfortable. The retrieval of the keys after hours was easy and convenient. The adjacent restaurant staff was friendly and the food was good for dinner and breakfast.
Cannot think of anything. Maybe to have available some amenities in the vending machine, like lotion or toothbrush.
Very clean, spacious and comfy.
There was nothing i didnt like.
Clean & big roomsNice location
Too many amenities problems: with hot water supply, heating limited, curtains too small, water pressure low. No parking. Very limited breakfast.
Superb underground parking for our motorbike; very secure. Our bedroom was large and airy with a very comfortable bed. Good bathroom and very good shower. Good air conditioning and adequate storage space. Superb balcony which caught the late afternoon sun. Overall, very impressed. .
Parking was very, very good but I did notice a few nails embedded in the concrete flooring, so bikers please be aware and scan the floor before traversing. I would still recommend this hotel.
The room was great, clean and in an exceptional position!
There was a misinformation about the property and the way to enter. They talked about a mail that never came and didn’t answer to my messages. We arrived late at night and there was no-one there.Thankfully, the lady in the emergency phone number helped us in.
Allright for 1 night. Hotel is at very busy and noisy road. The pizzeria downstairs is a great plus!
Modern, clean and good location
The curtains did not cover the windows so we felt very vulnerable and exposed
Clean, decent size bed and room with a balcony.
No mini fridge to keep milk in. Tea and coffee making offered only paper cups, which we thought not acceptable.
Loved the balcony and the staff were friendly
Didn't realise the restaurant wasn't open on a Wednesday and we were there on that day.
Nice rooms, clean and spacious. The beds where more then fine. They changed towels every day and also clean the rooms every day.
We werent a big fan of the breakfast, but keep in mind that its a personal opinion. There are some 'boulangers' withn walking distance so that worked out pretty well.
Really nice room and shower facilities
The curtains don’t quite meet and let a lot of light through
The room was nice. Plenty of free parking in the park over the road. Staff were helpful. Late check-in was possible. Full instructions sent with booking email.
Breakfast was adequate.
Not too far from Geneva airport by car. No problem in case you arrive late, all entry information is provided.
No issues
The property was as described - we booked two rooms. The staff is only there part time i guess but helpful. The bus to Geneva/ airport is 5 min walk but the bus only comes after every 1 hour and takes almost 1 hour to reach Geneva. There is very nice cafe tacos, small store, bakery etc. 5-10 min walk
Had to wait for bus 1 hour, shops close early
Comfortable and clean room. That's all for the positive as I would not call this place a hotel.
82 € for a place to sleep is definitely a rip off even considering that it is next to the Swiss border. There is not reception after 8pm so you basically have to find your way using the indications they send you by email. Oh yes, they send you tons of email but that's not what I would call proper comunication. No reception on Saturday morning either and you have to book your breakfast with a restaurant nearby so I ended up packing and eating somewhere in town. Parking facilities? Well, maybe but not in the neighbourhood as the whole area is under refurbishment and you just ahve to drop your car sowewehre
