Weak WiFi in our room

Clean, spacious, comfortable

Much bigger room than expected, it was great!Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the ladies in attendance were lovely and very attentive. The recommended restaurant, “Au RDV” was absolutely wonderful for its food and service!

Nothing really. At the pain of having to write something, there could have been a power socket for the kettle near the tea-making table.

Staff (Sara) was very hospitable, and awhile the room was basic, it was quiet and had hot water.

WiFi could not be accessed from our room.

The beds were comfortable enough, and the breakfasts were really good. Being able to park in front of the hotel is convenient.The receptionist was very patient with our broken French, and she spoke some English, too.Having a kettle in the room is terrific!

We would have liked a special rack to dry wet towels after showering and damp clothing (there were thunderstorms, and our sport clothes and shoes were dripping).Not all the lamps in the room were working.There ought to be a bit more light in the bathroom (weak bulb).

Reasonably priced, good location and breakfast. Our room was clean and fairly sized. The staff made us feel very welcomed, and the friendly young girl welcoming us on the day of arrival spoke very good English.

Nothing that I can think of, really, except that the room felt a bit chilly. (Luckily, the bed was really warm and cozy.)

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful.Parking was super easy.

Bedbugs in 1 bed in room #106. I was not bitten, but my friend had a classic 3 x 3 pattern on his leg. The room was actually "OK" clean...

There’s a lot to like about this hotel. Our room was huge, spotless and with really comfy beds. It was very simple - no bonus decor at all - but that’s totally fine. The lady in reception was lovely. There was safe storage for our bikes.

Thé hotel is just too expensive for what it is. If the price was half or two thirds, it would be excellent. For the full price, it was disappointing. There aren’t many options in Morez and I think the owners are able to take advantage.

This hotel does not comply with today’s standards to be called an hotel.It’s outdated, uggly, uncomfortable and not runned professionally.

Although the room was basic it was comfortable for one night. Breakfast was perfectly good enough too. Staff were very helpful in suggesting places to have an evening meal close by, although the hotel is so centrally situated that it's an easy walk to the main street. Off-street parking was good, and it was great to be able to leave my car there after checking out until after my cross-country ski race.

No lift but good exercise climbing the stairs! It's a pity that the supermarket along the road had closed as that would have been very convenient for supplies, but there's another a short drive away.

Bed was small. Noisy

Great breakfast, and Anna who welcomed us and looked after us was simply wonderful, she really made us welcome and assisted us in every way. Directed us to a superb Spanish restaurant in town, for dinner.

The room was excellent. We booked a double room, but got a room for 4 persons because the hotel was not full. The room was really big. Also the staff was very friendly and arranged a table at a nearby restaurant for us. She was very helpful and also provided tips for other restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

There is not a lot of activities in the village itself, but you can drive to the next village to have more options. That is a 10 minute drive.

We have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was spacey, quiet and very clean, including the bathroom. We arrived early and the manager made a special trip to accommodate us, which was really appreciated. The breakfast was perfect, a large choice of continental breakfast items. We were very pleased and highly recommend this hotel.

We travel on bikes, they always take great care of us and them. Breakfast was great.
