Room was very niceLocation is great Both dinner and breakfast were great Private Badi was also very cool

Cushions were too soft and room was very hit without airco. Fan doesn't really do it (not for that room price)We kept the balcony door open but there was some noise from outside during the night and worse, smoke from adjacent balconies came into our room several times.

Tiny room for over $300 a night -size wasn’t on site ad. We had a 5 night stay and we didn’t want to be in such a small room. Hidden fees paid onsiteSpa area small pool, no hot tub, and no clothing areas not optional for clothing

The spa facilities were unfortunately closed for renovation during our stay. The room was smartly furnished and designed. Good view from the balcony. Spectactular view from the top floor of the hotel. Good breakfast. Very good Thai cuisine for dinner.

The hairdryer was very low quality, and the plumbing would benefit from sprucing up.

No air conditioning and photos on web were not accurate. Room was not a 4-star hotel rate worthy.

The view is awesome from the rooms.SPA have lot of different saunas , pool outside is also great especially in colder weather , pool also have sauna like feature.Private area near lake with floating structure to sit or jump fromLocation is good if you 1st time to explore Swiss nature by car. Evening restaurant is good , quite expensive ,but comparable to high quality restaurants we have been in different cities. Staff is friendly !

No air conditioning - so bit hot at night , opening window helps (there were no mosquitos - at least at end of Augustus)There is a fan but it's not an ultimate solution. Maybe also summer blankets can help.Breakfast - is OKeish for 4 star hotel , too few veggies , anyhow should be sufficient if you into healthy eating.Some items you need to take with fork to your plate , which is inconvenient.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel with incredible view and great facilities. The spa and pool spaces, internal and external, are absolutely beautiful and very well designed. Helpful staff and nice breakfast. Comfortable location for exploring the lake area.

No AC in the rooms, however they do supply a decent fan.

No aircondition in the rooms. It gets very hot in summer. A fan is made available though, but it barely helps. Easily gets to 28 degrees in the room.

- No plugs for the phone at the bed (they only have USBs)

The location was beautiful. It was nice to have a couple of days to relax in the spa since travelling Europe. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which allows wasy access to the train station. Staff were lovely and the food was great. Would highly recommend!

It was really cute. the tea gift at the check out was nice.

The spa was smaller than what I thought. And it is not clear for the naked section so being surprised by naked people is not comfortable.
