Really good quality bed and furnishings, excellent shower pressure

Parking at the back and one has to walk all the way along a weed smelling alleyway to get to the front of the hotel

Helpful staff, great service, very responsive and good communication.The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.Good breakfast.Central location to/from Interlaken, Lucern, Reichenbach Falls area.Also, offers guests card with many perks.

Aircon would be great, not their fault though, it's the crazy weather.

No AC… which is hard in hot days..

Located in the city center, providing its guests with free parking, the breakfast menu items were limited, however the bedding was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall was clean and well-maintained facility.

The property had no air conditioners, but this was not an inconvenience, as the weather remained pleasantly cool and the rain brought fresh, breezy air.

Awesome property at the right location. Train station is 5 mins walk, few good restaurants within 5 mins walk. Plenty of parking space available. Staff was very good and helpful. I would definitely stay here if I get another chance in life ?

Breakfast employees were very kind and polite. And the location of the hotel is just perfect. I didnt do much so I dont know about activities there but you can walk there very nice.

Well located. Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms.I participated in the half marathon on that Sunday and they were well prepared, allowed late check-out and had earlier breakfast. They also let guests use the showers in the wellness area.

Have to ask for a second pillow next time. Just one is not enough for me

The breakfast had a range of food.Due to the half marathon, the hotel had earlier breakfast time and allowed for us to use the spa afterwards.

Comprehensive breakfast. Staff wonderful. Location is very lovely.

Improve connection to the Wifi. I expect when I travel to log on to wifi very easily. I gave up in the end.

Somehow I could hear the church bells with the windows closed at 5 am. So if you're a light sleeper, put earplugs.

Room size , plenty hanging space , fridge ,extras in the showeroom . Very helpful staff .

No tea and coffee facilities in the room , cooked breakfast should be a standard, not an extra for the price.

Breakfast and cleaning staff were a bit rushed. Didn’t get a friendly answer at my question if it was possible to have breakfast outside.

Location in the middle of the village. Close to train station and to the lake. Very good location.Parking spots available for free. Very good breakfast. Nice wellness area.

Everything met my expectations. The room size is appropriate, there is a great view to the mountains from the balcony. Lots of parking lot, so I always found a free place. Friendly staff :)

Very nice, modern room, with plenty of space. On site restaurant offers very good food. In addition the hotel was very accommodating - not only they served breakfast earlier on the half marathon day, but they included pasta in the offer!
