the ladies working in the restaurant, they were exceptionally friendly and kind, I really liked them. the room was nice, everything was perfect. I would love to go back there! I work in Luzern every now and then, so I'll book there in the future.

all was ok, except the toilet paper was kind of running out... not sure if there was another roll... I am sure there must have been one in the room... did not check well anyway, could have asked in the reception. the place is perfect.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The breakfast is fresh.

The attic room was very hot with no windows to open and there was only a fan. The attic room had a very low ceiling we kept bumping our heads. No refrigerator in the room and very little amount of soap for one to use. The breakfast was very small but fresh

Comfy/cozy. Breakfast was very good. We had to leave early and the hosts made us sandwiches and put in fridge so we could eat on the go.

Gorgeous hillside views from this second floor room in a quiet but convient location. Free parking available under trees at the right side of the hotel. Nice modern styling to the interiors.Helpful staff at the Hotel Krone, we were particularly grateful for the late checkout.

It can get quite warm in the top rooms during the day due to direct sun.There was no reception or breakfast at the hotel as it is currently being run out of the Hotel Krone. This didn't matter for us, but it's worth knowing about.

I must have overlooked the information that i have to do check-in at hotel Krone, so i stood before closed doors and had to walk back there... my bad for not reading the provided information properly in advance...

Beautiful location in charming Swiss village, close to church with lovely bells. Very quiet (the bells stop at night), and spotlessly clean. A spacious yet very cozy upper floor in a traditional Swiss wood frame building. Comfortable beds as well.

The room was very warm (no air conditioning, window didn't stay open properly). There was a fan provided but it did not help too much in the hot weather. A mini-fridge would have been nice to have, as there was no breakfast available at the property.

The location is managed by a hotel downtown Sarnen, and no one on site or no information on the booking page about this fact.Bed was not large ?

Really nice room! Bed was super cumfy, and it’s quiet.

The checking in at another hotel was a bit annoying.

It was superb quality. Super clean.

Parking was unclear.
