Easy access to all areas of Luzern, more importantly, easy to get to from the hotel. The staff were amazingly professional, welcoming and nice. A pleasure to interact with.
Loved the central location. Our room on the 6 th floor had amazing views. Easy, fast access to the trains and buses. Our room was big and comfy with modern amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel!

Loved the central location. Our room on the 6 th floor had amazing views. Easy, fast access to the trains and buses. Our room was big and comfy with modern amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff -don't remember her name she was very nice and helpful she suggested few places to visit which were really good Location -next to the train station -very convinient location
