Location was convenient as we were visiting factory near by. Some bakeries and restaurants around. The hotel also serves dinner but a really good value. What I mostly loved was how comfortable the bed was. I did not want to get up in the morning

Breakfast should have some vegetables. The coffee was good. So little bit more variety to accommodate non French guests

Staff was exceptional. We finished our leg of the pilgrimage early and there was a lot of rain so we couldn’t go back out and they helped us find a place to hang out in the hotel and came and got us as soon as our room was ready.

Location

No A/C. Room 203 isn’t comfortable with the beam in the middle of the room. Breakfast isn’t staffed enough. Egg machine always off and then we need to wait for 20min to cook an egg.

Property was clean and centrally located. Good public car parking.

Restaurant not open Sunday night, and the spa/ wellness products are not onsite, and also not available on Sundays. We only found one place open Sunday evening for a meal.

Quiet location

Restaurant was closed on Sundays - not publicised. No air conditioning . Very loud fan which couldn’t cope with hot weather. Had impression from web that the hotel was located at side of river It wasn’t.

A very nice hotel in the centre of a nice town. Super for a stopover or a couple of days to explore the area. Nice room, nice bed & bathroom. Good value.

We had a comfortable and quiet room. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were excellent. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location is great. And the little spa was the icing on the cake. Altogether, we had a pleasant and restorative break.

Bad

We booked a room with 2 single beds. The room was small and very narrow, which was okay except for the very large roof truss bisecting our room. Could barely move and certainly no where to unpack our backpacks. Had to leave a light on to avoid banging our heads or crashing into it. Completely unacceptable and DANGEROUS but no other room available. Expected more than this for 100 euros. And only a too bad so sad who cares thanks for your money shrug when I complained.

Clean room, very kind staff, we had both dinner and breakfast and it was delicious, wellness with sauna and steam was also awesome. No AC but it's in the mountains - open window during the night was enough. Free public parking just across the street. Great pleace to unwind when on the road.

Comfortable. We use this as a night stop on our way from Calais to Italy as it is exactly halfway. Dinner adequate but not oustanding. Breakfast excellent continental style.

Dinner not outstanding.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of this attractive small town. Very good restaurant with imaginative food. The hotel was comfortable with nice rooms but not up to the same standard as the restaurant.

Wifi was a bit iffy and staff at times a little offhand. Breakfast stopped at 9am which was extremely early for a hotel trying to be attractive to tourists!

This was the 2nd time that we have stayed here, because Ornans is a lovely place to wander around. The room was quiet and spacious, and dinner and breakfast were also very good.

the inclusion of access to the so facilities was a definite bonus. also, Anais at the front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. great selection at breakfast

We liked everything about this hotel. The location, the staff, the room, the food, and the cleanliness of everything. We had dinner which was excellent. Definitely 10 out of 10!

Room small but comfortable - nicely renovated - bathroom includes rain shower. Breakfast - Restaurant within the normal range. Free - without additional charge Wellness Facilties a plus!

I would have appreciated the traditional (seasonal with summer Veggies and Herbs) French cuisine and a somehow extra mile at Breakfast.
