- Automated check in did not work. We had to hunt down the owner/ desk clerk. Road noise due to busy street.
- The coffee machine was out of cups on Monday morning, so I had to go without coffee. Everything else was fine.

I stayed one night between Sunday and Monday, the hotel was closed. I used self check-in. I didn't see any of the staff. The reception was also deserted at checkout. I was in a hurry I left Key and off I went..

Unusual heat wave of 96° and no a/c, fan, or fridge in the room to cool drinks. Of course we understand it was a little out of the ordinary but a small fan to use would have been nice.

The bedsheets didn't look clean, 1 towel was provided, breakfast was basic. Stayed for 2 nights and room wasn't cleaned in between. For the price paid, i expected more, even by Swiss standards

Automated Check-in with an ATM, not really a warm welcome ...I paid 156 for 2 nights, while boards in the hotel mentioned something like 55 per night for a single room. How come ?
