It was very friendly and clean facility hotel. I recommend to all to stay there. It is designed like village house and you feel like at home.

There was an event during our stay.. It was very noisy till late. I think the owner shouldn't advertise rooms especially those facing the garden. Also the bathroom has a bad smell.

It was sooo hot and no AC or cooling aid of any form. If we opened the Windows, the noise from the traffic right outside the room was intense!

Disappointed by the unbearable noise the whole night long

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel, which fell significantly short of the advertised 4-star rating. The room conditions were more akin to a 1-star establishment. The room itself was extremely small, barely accommodating the bed, and the bathroom was cramped in a corner with a small shower. While these issues could be overlooked, the most troubling aspect was the noise. My room faced the street, and the relentless traffic noise, especially from cars and motorcycles, made it nearly impossible to sleep during my two-night stay.On a positive note, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel restaurant offered decent meals. However, these positives were overshadowed by the overall negative experience.

The venue had a lovely garden with a fantastic playground with very cool chickens running around the place. The food at the restaurant is delicious, the meat was perfectly moist. Staff were very helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

The only issue was that there was little airflow in the room. So in the summer it was very hot, even at night with the balcony door open. A fan would be helpful.

The room was beautiful, the staff were amazing, friendly and accommodating. I couldn't get my wife out of the roll top bath because she loved it too much with the view ! ?Gardens were open for us to explore and use and were extremely child friendly - our 7 month old was too young to enjoy it himself but we'll definitely be back when he is older. Breakfast was adequate and varied. We were invited to a garden party the second night where food and drink were to be paid cash, unfortunately we weren't made aware of it being cash due to language barrier but they didn't mind at all, were completely understanding that we didn't have enough cash on us to pay, and they allowed us to record our food and drink and settle the bill with them the next day.

Unfortunately there was no room fan as the room is on the 3rd floor attic space and quite warm.Annoyed that we didn't book to stay longer as it only a passing stop for us.

The room is spacious

In summer the rooms are really hot and it doesn’t have air conditioning or fans. We opened the windows but it was quite noisy outside. The breakfast is not great. The fruit salad you could tell was recycled from previous days. We arrived at 9 am to the breakfast and there were no eggs and only one kipferl left.

The location, ambience, atmosphere and hygiene. Everything was excellent.

The room would have had a kettle, tea bags, and other necessities.

In room 209 . Change of floor level quite dangerous. Also corridor has 2 dimly lit steps which are difficult to see.Otherwise nothing else wrong.

Lack of communication at booking in. Had no idea it was self check in. Had to contact them via intercom at front door. Once the door was opened she told us ( via intercom ) to take someone else’s room. Meanwhile the guests turned up asking for their room which we had taken! They weren’t happy. She arrived a couple hours later. We advised that the room that was given to us was not the room we had booked, we had received an upgrade from booking.com - she reluctantly gave us the key to the upgraded room. The restaurant wasn’t open , even though the information book said that guest were offered food. Nope , but a short walk down the road we found a restaurant that was open. Roosters ….. lucky I have chickens as I don’t mind the roosters crowing in the early hours of the morning. Oh don’t ask for a second cup of coffee at breakfast , the staff practically threw the cup across the table !! Toilet has a glass door right next to the bed

All the hotels in the world quote price for 2 persons but this hotel insist that the reserved price is for 1 person , so they charged twice of the reservation price.So refund the price for one person and warn the hotel not to fraud with such god dam way. Nobody using the booking.com care for one or two person so booking.com should punish this kind of fraud

Nice garden with free chickens and some toys for kids to play outside, good restaurant, really friendly staff, room basic yet comfortable and nice decorations by the owner. You can feel they put focus to make you feel good during your stay. Free on-site parking, ok breakfast.

We found dinner menu a bit pricy, still the meals we have tried were very tasty.
