They changed our room and gve us great attention, breakfast was included and it was really great.

We were able to solve a misundertanding because I thaugh it included A/C.

Close to work

Scrambled eggs at breakfast. Paid the same for my room the previous week. This week though no toiletries, no coffee machine in the room.

We have paid more than we supposed to as per booking.com We got a room which was not big enough for our family and we had to change the room late in the evening, because in our room light switcher has been removed and it was impossible to switch off the light.

It was just a short stay overnight, all was good and as expected. Comfortable bed, big pillows.

Confortable with a excelent location quite near the train station. Good quality/price ratio.

Nice hotel with great views however no air conditioning which made the nights uncomfortable (stayed in hot weather)

No air conditioning

Hotel was like a very function premier Inn, nothing really wrong at all but nothing spectacular shower was great , the bed as hard as nails. Lifts very fast and the carpet an interesting design.

No Aircon, so room was hotter than Satans armpit, had to keep window fully open all night. On second floor and outside the ladies of affordable charms were very busy and loud till about 3 am. So recommend an upper floor. Tran station is really close by which is great, you can easily hear it and an Uber is impossible to get . So recommend the train was super easy to get to Zurich Airport from here.

We appreciated the comfortable bed, the cleanliness of the room, the friendly and patient staff, the spacious layout through out the hotel, and the great view from the sixth floor.

We were disappointed that the room did not have air conditioning or a coffee machine, as these are amenities we consider essential for a comfortable stay. Adding these features would greatly improve the overall guest experience, or at least ours.

Very friendly and helpfull staff

By coincidence I was there when it was very hot in Switzerland. (35C) and there was no air in my room. But because I could open the big window and have a ventilator all was fine. I want to emphasise these were a very exceptionally hot 2 days and I managed well.

Very good and central location, clean rooms, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, wonderful panorama restaurant.

The best panorama restaurant in town is closed on the weekend. The phone room-reception didnt work. The soap for washing hands was not automatically replaced. The reservation already extended at check-in by one day was not registered correctly leading to a cancelling of my key.. All of this is OK (kind of) for a ** or *** hotel.

The location is very confortable, and close to supermarket, train station and restaurants.

The staff is not available for the clients. They guided us to the car park, and the lady who work in the front desk she tald us to the entrance button of the car park is right hand side. So we tryed to find during the rain. We couldent. Then we went back to the reception and aome one came and opened the gate the button was copletly oposite side. Our car was near to the gate and, after he opened the gate car was damaged

Good sized room, comfy bed.

Room advertised as having a fridge, but there was just an empty cupboard where I assume it was supposed to be. The room was also not cleaned properly; there was something brown splashed all over the wall in the bathroom, hair and dust behind the door, and a thick layer of dust on the floor in the corner with the armchair.

The hotel is situated close to the trainstation (10min on foot). A really cozy business hotel with everything that you need. There is a restaurant on the 6th floor with a lounge/bar inside where you can smoke and order cocktails. I had a lilletberry fizz and it was a quite refreshing drink.The buffet at the breakfast was plenty offered a variety of everything. On a sunny day you could even enjoy the breakfast on their terrace.

Breakfast on the top floor with view to the mountains was great.

One of the provided keys did NOT open the room door. Luckely we had another one enabling us at 11PM - when no staff was present at the hotel any longer - to open the room door.

Clean, spacious, modern room. Parking for electric cars with wall boxes. Nice breakfast with nice view of the mountains.

The room was very warm and it was not possible to regulate the temperature. It was pretty noisy when I opened the window.

I was surprised with the fact that cafeteria was closed, coffee was of a bad quality

I got charged for an extra bed without asking to have an extra bed in my room, as I only planned to use a room for half a day. The management of a hotel was very unfriendly and refused to reimburse this extra cost, even though at the check in I said about my plans to use a room for half a day only, without sleeping.

The breakfast was very good

Could be cleaner. Many walls in the bathroom and in the room had some weird stains
