Excellent stay, exactly as advertised. The room was comfortable and more than covered our needs. The shared spaces were clean and never too occupied that it would cause a problem with our schedule. Great location, with a tram station right in front of the house, but also within walking distance of the city center, made it super easy for us to get around, at our own leisure. Would absolutely recommend for a shorter, or longer stay in Freiburg!
Clean and comfy beds, separate toilet from the bathroom, a TV in one of the rooms, well equiped kitchen, sockets on each side of the bed, quick and nonstop pick of the keys (in a safe outside the house).

Cons -

The communication with the host was below zero. I wrote emails and SMSs but I have gotten only one answer, and that`s if I wanted to pay cash or paypal for parking. Speaking of parking, we reserved a spot, but that spot was taken by another car our entire stay, and there isn`t another spot where you can park. We stood on a spot for a doctor`s office, which was fine overnight, but were sent away in the morning. Considering we had a lot of valuables in the car, it wasn`t ideal for us to park outside the backyard. They also charge 10 EUR/day for the spot. Don`t pay beforehand if you don`t want your money to go to waste and find out someone is already parked there. The door to the apartment is thin and made out of glass - you can hear the other guests well, and while you can lock them, it lessens the sense of privacy. Same with one of the rooms where it has two doors, but you can only enter through the apartment, however you can see the light and hear the noise through the locked one (no key). The shower didn`t work properly and the sink on the toilet doesn`t have knobs to turn the water on. There`s also a very unfortunately placed shelf above the toilet so you need to mind your head. The dishwasher doesn`t work and the table in the kitchen with the chairs gives you quite a narrow space to navigate. No instructions where to leave the keys after stay.
