Nice architecture which is not maintained properly

Bed Bugs!!!
First of all it was hard to be found, then when I went there it wasnt a motel or even a guesthouse, it was a normal house but people rent the room and I am not sure how a platform like booking would accept to put in there. I am a female solo travel and I trust booking but when I went there I started doubting, I was offered a twin room because I was alone which had an external toilet and the room didnt even have a lock which was very uncomfortable for me and maybe unsafe but I was extremely tired and just wanted to sleep. I asked for a glass of water and I was offered 2 half small water bottles which I could not even touch and I didnt have water with me.
