- Not much to like
- The location is perfect, in a quiet area less than a 10 minutes walk to the river banks and the night market. There are supermarkets and restaurants around. The swimming pool ( towels provided ) is very nice with a pool bar and nice happy hour cocktails and offers. All rooms have a nice terrace and ours was overlooking the pool which was lovely. Staff is super nice and trying their best to accomodate your every need. Breakfast buffet is small but was enough for us since it had everything we usually eat in the morning ( eggs, a protein, toast and even some fried rice or noodles). If you are doing the sunrise tour, they can provide a breakfast bag to take away which is a plus. We were leaving late at night and they gave us a late check out at 13 pm and were able to use the swimming pool the whole day. They also have showers next to the reception where you can get ready before your flight or bus which is excellent.
Cons -
- Customer service is below standard . Air conditioning is weak at 2 rooms out 3 . Stains towels were provided
- Not the hotel fault but people tend to "reserve" the few sunbeds around the swimming pool by placing whatever they have on it when they don t show up for hours...annoying !
