Comfy bed , excellent staff great breakfast

Clean, convenient and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Convenient location, just off the N145 highway, with secure car park. Clean, spacious room with bathroom. Like most Campanile hotels, it offers fairly basic but functional motel-style accommodation, especially suitable for business travelers. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

There is no elevator to the upper floors. For some strange reason you have to press the 'Channel +' button to make the TV work. The bathroom washbasin was cracked and starting to come away from the wall.

Good enough for one night stay

Rooms were mouldy , reception staff were not helpful , except on our last day the man at reception was lovely but the woman was very rude and unhelpful - food wasn’t the best either weird selection

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was very clean with everything I needed, and breakfast was excellent. It was very good value overall.

Great location just off the motorway. Ideal for a one night stop.The food was excellent, both the evening meal and breakfast.The staff were friendly and our waitress seemed to genuinely enjoy her job and provided a great service.

Building was a bit old but still functional. Rooms a bit cold. Only one bath towel each and no hand towel or other towels in the rooms

Beds comfortable, staff very helpful. Good parking. Nice to have kettle in the room.

Telly was broken.

Restaurant on site which was good for an evening meal and good breakfast the following morning. Room was clean.

Dinner on the night of our stay was very good. As was breakfast the next morning.We had picked the hotel in order to visit the Les Loups.

The bar prices were too expensive.

The staff were exceptional both on reception and the waitress in the restaurant.

Not the fault of Campanile but we were on the second floor which meant 2 flights of stairs. We should have requested ground floor. A bit of noise from the road but that is because of its convenient location.

Staff is friendly, location is good, parking is secure and restaurant is open quite late.

Airco was not working for the entire week we were there (which is strange as airco worked in the restaurant and main building but not in the building with the rooms next door), coffee machine was broken half the time, they seemed to be out of all sorts of drinks all the time (for example Coke they didn't have any), hotel feels a little knackered now (have been to this hotel almost every year for the last 15 years and have seen it degrade over time), pillows were dead and overall cleanliness in the room was mediocre at best.

good location, nice room and great to have a restaurant on site when you’d been travelling all day. very convenient stop over close to main roads but not too noisy.

bathroom was ok but got a lot of condensation after a shower which made the floor wet.

the room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It could do with sprucing up on the outside.
