Beringgis Beach Resort & Spa

I enjoyed the large clean pool. The room was spacious and the king bed was comfortable. The grounds were well maintained and the breakfast was good. Access to the beach and lovely sunset. Proximity to the Borneo Cultural Village.

It was difficult to order grab rides from Berringis. If you don’t have a car, I’d recommend additional planning and scheduling rides in advance. Unfortunately the spa portion of the resort is no longer operational.

should have a lot more food varieties. Almost all our other family members who booked villa and rooms on the same period complained about the brekfast.

CCTV is pointing to our room row area (Dinawan wing). I went near the post and see where the camera is focusing. Confirm it is pointing at rooms. This make us uncomfortable (Guest Privacy)! anyway, i only realised on the last day soo i didn't bother much to complaint.Morning breakfast is not recommended! we pay for a 4 star resort and we have to "wait" for food / drink refilling. This is unacceptable. Chef / restaurant manager should be always ready all times and not until its finish then start to cook to refill.

Everthings. The best hotel in Malaysia. Very close to the beach, great meals. Great cook. The hotel may not be super luxurios, but the staff is very helpful. We were taken in like princesses, we were taken of. Super garden and swimming pool. Hotel Beringgis thanks you very much and greeting from Poland.

I paid RM291.00 for one night, which I feel was not worth it. The service was more akin to OYO, not a 3-star standard. We arrived and checked in at 10 PM, and we had to carry our own luggage up the stairs to a room near the swimming pool (Mawar 6). I was with my 4-year-old child and received no assistance from the staff. The air conditioning was not cooling properly, and I had to call twice before it was addressed. Additionally, there was no remote control in the room, which I also had to call about and wait for.This was a really poor experience at the resort. Everything should be prepared and checked before guests arrive. Since check-in time is 3 PM and I arrived at 10 PM, there was ample time (7 hours) to ensure everything was in order. Furthermore, the air conditioning in our room was leaking, so the manager on duty moved us to a new room. After a long flight, we were exhausted, and the new room was also not adequately prepared. The bathroom was dirty, and the room had an unpleasant odor. We were too tired to call for assistance late at night, as there were continuous issues with the room.I am relieved I did not pay to extend my stay, as I had considered doing so and inquired about it with the reception staff.

Our toilet bidet was not working well.. But its ok.

I like the scenery and the beautiful garden. The room and the bathroom was nice.

I am disappointed with the breakfast, not to my expectation. Not much food was served, furthermore it was far from my room, have to walk on a hot sunny day to the place.

Like the fauna and floras, clean pool, clean room.

Maybe cleanliness at beach area and basketball area so can do more activities with kid. The oxtail still frozen inside while served at dinner. Mosquito need to be take care too at restaurant area.

Maybe can adding more staff in receptionist. So sad and stress when only one staff to entertain customer (peak seasons and hours). But the men receptionist can handled good job although the customer getting stress and mad.

Bed was confy, facility need to upgrade.Food just okay, cleanlyness at restaurant upgrade, lots of mosquito.Overall rate 5/10.

The pool and decor in the public areas and the good wifi connections.The friendly and hospitable staff were welcoming.

The information of Spa and gym being closed and the inavailability of BBQ was not updated on the resort’s website. Poor access for persons with disability and the elderly. Ramp for wheelchairs shud be put in place. This will encourage adhoc families to come to spend time at the resort.The many cats seen wandering around the resort especially at the Cabana restaurant leaves much to be desired. They bring disease and is unhygienic as the jump up onto tables n chairs looking for food etc.Our beddings was not changed during our 5 nights stay?The garden has been neglected and plants overgrown with weeds.The light outside our room was not working. No maintenance carried out unless broken.

The breakfast. I paid 600 for two rooms and i expect the breakfast must be excellent. Please add more options. There are two options for breakfast, early morning and 8 am.Please add more food for the 2nd phase.

Our stay was made by the help of Veronica. She did more than she needed to and friendly manner that aided us to relax . The hotel was very quiet Pool really clean and lovely and warm. Food was good and cooked fresh.We don't like spicy food and the chef made sure we were happy with each meal. Thank you VERONICA ?

Pay rm 400 plus per night..but facilities closed.gym closed ..check in time ..so late..3 pm..yr lobby so hot..No aircond..got one room aircond but they didn't offer personal people to gi inside..they only offered to pendidikan people group at that time.from 1 pm to 3 pm I wait at the lobby ..so so hot...
