ibis budget Chambourcy Saint Germain

near carrefour center

it wasn't clean and it the smell was bad

I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, I didn't see any dust. The toilet and bathroom were clean. The lady in the reservation department was very kind and helpful.

I had no inconvenience, just that there were not enough towels and no hair dryer.

Not much

Terrible location small cramped rooms very poor breakfast

Quiet comfortable bed clean

Shabby on outside and surrounding

I liked, that was possible to park in front of hotel, very convinient. Friendly administrator.

We had family trip and we bronated for 3 person but we got 2 towels. We saw that somebody cleaned floor, but made only 1 bed down, upper kid bed didnt touch. One evening was kids there and they shoutrd so much.

Friendly staff members, great location, close to public transportation and nearby stores and restaurants, free parking.

Location, price and helpful staff. It was basic accommodation, cleaned well on a daily basis and the garden area was nice to sit out in after work. There is a large shopping mall over the road with options for eating.

The rooms have no aircon and were very stuffy at night.

Passable

Rooms very dirty, had to ask for clean bedding for the children's beds in both rooms as they were covered in marks and hair.

Close to shopping centre.TV good choice of channels

Bad smell in room. Corridor smelt of cigarette smoke. Not enough towels supplied for amount of people staying in room. One flat pillow each. On check in one of our rooms had not been cleaned! No air in room, too stuffy.

Safe location & quiet

Not so clean

Free parking, easy to stay with car, pretty cheap and worked well for our purpose.

Getting anywhere without a car is hard and the pillows were super flat.

wasn’t exceptional but I wasn’t expecting it to be given that it’s a budget hotel but we only needed a place to sleep for a few days and that’s what we got.. breakfast was lovely… although bit strange we got charged two different prices for the two different days we had breakfast even though it was the same amount of people?

rooms were not clean.. there was what I am certain is blood on the ceiling which isn’t nice for the person sleeping on the top bunk, in another of the rooms the shower was falling apart

The lady who works in the reception is amiable and efficient. I double-paid for the room by mistake, but they found the issue and refunded my money. Good localization.

The rooms are old and need refurbishment and the shower drain doesn't work properly. The man who was working on the morning of our departure is very rude and shouldn't be working in a hotel reception, as he will surely damage the hotel's reputation.

Bed

Room was very hot, although we were there during the heatwave. Opened the window and it was mosquito hell for the night.

place, hotel close to the mall and some restaurants inside, parking

Location was ok

To old need to be refurbished In the corridor was very bad smell

was regretful

Hallway , Room and bed was smelly and water in bath room was clogging

It was a room.

The hallways smelled like a cigarette can. Mold on roof in bathroom. Pay to increase heat above 21.5 C.

Room size OK for three and bed comfort was average, we only wanted to spend the night and did not need any extras. The TV have many foreign channels. The hotel is located near a Carrefour shop so I managed to top-up on before my return to the UK, there are restaurant at walking distance from the hotel which we used.

Room was clean but was an ex-smoker room which retained in the room odor. It could do with a bit of paint to refresh the room. In the bathroom, the toilet, sink and shower was clean but the bathroom show its age.

Ich was with family 3 children, very nice, nice beds and calm. ????????
