Great location - easy parking. Rooms were simple yet clean. Great water pressure and hot water. Heaters in the room. Friendly staff and good breakfast(homemade yoghurt, fruit compote, baked goodies. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and well priced

No wifi in the room. No power near the beds

Very conveniently located, clean, comfortable. Good restaurant with very nice & efficient service. Loved the shrimp dish.

Don’t expect luxury—it’s simple, but perfect for the location.

Well located on the main street of Hell-Bourg. Close to the start of many hiking trains and the ruins of the old thermes. The hotel has a restaurant where food is served also during lunchtime and dinner. the room is basic and gets a bit cold during the night, but electric heater is provided for. With the clear sky the view from the hotel balcony to the surrounding mountains is very nice.

The Relais Des Cimes is typical of properties in the area, is well located in the centre of Hell-Bourg and has a restaurant on site. From what we saw, it is one of the better quality hotels in the immediate area. The staff were excellent and very helpful and the view from the balcony was stunning.

The rooms are simply furnished with few luxuries and our bed was uncomfortable. This is a 2 star hotel so don't expect too much for the price.

Rooms don't have an AC or fan, which suprised us a bit. Fine if you keep the window open for a breeze, but I imagine that on a particularly hot or humid day it can get a little stuffy in the room.

One of the rooms were a bit damp but you are in the mountains This wasn’t a problem but good to note the bar closed super early around 9pm but it’s part of culture of the mountains!

Good location, friendly staff and excellent food!

There was no WiFi in the room (even though it says there's WiFi) and our phones haven't been working on the island so this was a bit problematic. Given the price of the room this was a bit of a surprise.

it is definitly bigger than all the other accomodations we have slept at in Réunion. It has more of a hotel-feeling. But the overall vibe was really nice and relaxed. The room was good and clean. The food was excellent and all staff members were extremely friendly! We used it as a base to do hikes in the area.

one of the more touristy towns on the island. eventhough it was very pretty it was still only a few streets.

Perfect accomodation for a few nights, right in the centre of Hell-Bourg, easy and free parking, good breakfast. The room is simple but absolutely clean and fine, I liked that the building is creol style and close to shops, restaurants other sights (like Maison Folio) and hiking trails as well. At the reception they speak English which is not common on the island.

We really enjoyed the breakfasts and the restaurant in general. The hotel is in the middle of mountains which is a good for any hiking trips starting in the morning.

Location was perfect for getting a feel of the area. Very pretty, small shopping area, with food and drinks available.Stayed for 1 night but should have made it two to do some hiking

nice place to explore Hell Bourg and as a base for hiking! The room we stayed in was great, colonial style with nice bath! Breakfast was ok.

rooms are not consistent. we extended our stay by one night and the second room we got felt like being downgraded. I would not recommend the restaurant for dinner, not up to the island standards!

Nothing, great place really with amazing jungle walks very accessible

I wanted to open my beer which I bought at supermarket at a bar of the hotel- not only it was opened for me, I was also given a bucket of ice to cool it down. Thank you :). The rest - rooms, etc were good too.

Perfect Location in the heart of Hell Bourg, we had a spacious room with a great view and slept really well. The breakfast is extraordinary, the dinner was also very tasty and cheaper than in most restaurants. You can start many hikes directly from the hotel. Unfortunately it rained during our whole stay and we couldn’t do much outside. We therefore enjoyed thecozy hotel even more and did not feel bored.

WiFi only in the entrance area. The elderly lady with glasses at breakfast was extremely impolite and ignored us completely. The other staff was luckily very kind and helpful.
