The staff was very nice, both at the reception and the breakfast. The room was silent and I really liked the motoric shade that you could control from your bedside.

The breakfast was a little bit sad, not too many options to choose from if you prefer salty food. Apart from that everything was alright, nothing to complain about.

Great location to take in the Rugby World Cup and to explore the region in general. Close to train station but not noisy. Awesome breakfast too.

Good location right next to the train station, they let us check in a few hours early which was nice.

Aircon in our room didn’t work, started leaking and soaked the carpet. clearly wasn’t the first time as the roof was covered in water spots around the air conditioner. They ended up giving us a fan for overnight

It is so close to the train station - just perfect! The staff were lovely and helpful. We were there for the Rugby World Cup and it was such a central place to stay. We walked everywhere- place is close to the old town and supermarkets. We didn't use transport but it was all right at our doorstep.

We couldn't get a family room so had to buy 2 rooms so was a pricier visit than we had hoped.

Shower involved climbing into bath but had good water pressure. Double glazing his street noise but meant less fresh air.

Excellent location close to station and city centre. Fantastic staff and a wonderful breakfast. It was an ideal location to catch a couple of the World Cup Rugby games.

Perfect location for the trains and only 10-15min walk to the main squares and 30min to the stadium. Staff very friendly. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Mini fridge handy for keeping water bottles cool. WiFi strong.

Nothing really. Walls were thin and lift was small but very minor negatives.

Super convenient location right near the train station (and tram/bus stops) and only a fifteen minute walk to the city centre. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Also excellent black out shutters!

The room smelled a bit musty, but wasn't too overpowering. A small fridge would be great, but I suppose this is a minor point in the grand scheme of things.

Exceptionally pleasant reception staff. Secure free parking nearby. Proximity to railway station.

A bit tricky to find the car park due to roadworks in the area.

it’s very stylish , but comfortable. has most everything needed -jug -hairdryer -and free outdoor private parking - on-site restaurant for breakfast and dinner - and the hotel is so economical!!!

The room was nice, clean, and fairly spacious. We liked the funky atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Fantastic location, and the secure parking was really good.

It was quite noisy all night long. That made it a bit hard to sleep. Bring earplugs.

Needs a complete rehabilitation. The only “modern”thing was the shower and was very uncomfortable to use.
