Tandem room had a sink, hotel is near Geoffroy-Guichard stadium (3min walk), secured parking with code number at night. Hotel receptionist was very kind to print my football match ticket.
Location to motorway, great value for money with everything you need for a stopover

People smoking all around the entrance and front of the hotel, we were on the ground floor and couldn’t open the windows as was too unpleasant. Suggest have an exclusion zone. Expensive for what is one step up from camping.

The location is very close to the stadium, just a few minutes walk. The room was clean but very hot with no fan.
The bathroom situation was awful. Of the three toilets on the ground floor for all the rooms with shared bathrooms, only 1 was open. Two had been locked and were not in use. The 1 toilet in use was covered in urine. Due to the toilet being either busy or utterly disgusting, I had to use bathrooms when we were out. It was awful.The hotel was extremely loud all night with people banging on doors and talking in the hallway. The walls seemed to be paper thin.

Duvet cover looked tired and unwelcoming. The room was plagued with flies and the receptionist didn't have any fly spray.
We had stayed there last year and the proprietor remembered us, and made us feel very welcomed, and if we are in France for our next holiday we would hope the stay there again
