Best Western Hotel Austria

Hotel easily accessible from the parkway. It is on the outskirt of the city, but the Tram is around the corner.

In the context of what we were doing, this hotel was great. My wife in particular loved the water spar by the lift.

Our first room smelled of cigarettes, the toilet was also blocked. But they changed our room with no hassle.The receptionist was great and very helpful.The restaurant was good with a good choice.

This is a hidden Gem. The restaurant was fantastic! I can not recommend this place highly enough. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, with a nice comfy bed. Did I say the restaurant was fantastic! we will without doubt be visiting again. we booked the nearest place to us on a journey from north to south of France, and I have to say this was the highlight of our journey. we left feeling refreshed and very happy.

I am struggling to find a fault.

Evening meal was lovely

Breakfast in the morning, was disappointing as there was nothing left to eat, although 2 members of staff did replenish it.

A very nice, well situated place, with very friendly staff, good food and a wonderful terras to relax when time.

We had two separate beds when I did request one big one. However, the beds themselves were comfortable, so it was only a very minor inconvience.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to public transport and stadium. Amazing food at restaurant. Would stay again. Thank you.

Very friendly staff

Bathroom could do with a refresh on grouting and general appearance. Toilet seat was broken.

Walking distance to the Stadium

The surcharge for our event at the stadium was 5.5 times the standard price. An astronomical markup and ridiculous exploitation

It was very close to the rugby stadium, the gym, supermarkets and a fab bakery. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the meals were superb. The bed was comfortable and the space in the room good with an external window. It was very clean The staff were extremely helpfulGood parking.

Better range of tea and coffee in the room.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location right near the tram to the centre of town and easy access to the stadium. Decent bar and restaurant (although we went post rugby match and they were a bit overwhelmed and hence slow in serving and ran out of dishes after you ordered them but it was the first rugby game there so I expect they will be better prepared in future).Beds were quite comfortable, large by French standards but think the king was more what we would consider a queen in Aus. Nice to have free water bottles each day.

It is a bit noisy in that you can hear other people opening and closing room doors.We had a bad smell in the shower drain but forgot to mention to staff, was ok as soon as water was running and just put mat over it at night. However rooms were very clean on the whole.Would like luggage rack for suitcases.

Our sat nav took us in wrong direction for hotel so it took longer to find it.Car park charge could have been avoided if we had parked to the left if the hotel rather than on the right hand side.

The staff is absolutely brilliant they really made us feel welcomed, the dinner was great and our room was really comfortable

Easy access for rugby stadium

Nothing except the tram work is ongoing. When finished it will make all the difference
