Pros +
- Easy access from motorway. Free parking. Bed was clean.
- The location was a bit out of the centre but it suited us fine as we were traveling by our motorbikes & the hotel had a security gate to the site which was locked at night, although it had this feature the very helpful receptionist at check in told us they had a theft of a bike a few days previous & allowed us to put our motorcycles into a conference room for the night which reassured us of their safety, The room & breakfast was good & the same receptionist told us of restaurants nearby within very short walking distance & we went to a Chinese/Asian Buffet restaurant nearby which was good.

Cons -
- Staff ok but not enthusiastic. Except the waitress serving food. She was very friendly.
- The room was too small. The room is not equipped, with no refrigerator, plate, or knife in the room.
- Very old and needs a major upgrade - no air conditioning in the room which was very warm - too warm to sleep.

Good Location and cost effective.
Very old and needs a major upgrade - no air conditioning in the room which was very warm - too warm to sleep.
Lovely resturant good value too, made meal time rather and staff were lovely
No coffee tea in the room which would have been nice
Very easy access to everything and very comfortable beds. All the essentials, good value.
Very poor
Extremely small & smelt of cigarettes despite non smoking
I have stayed here many times over the years mainly because the location works for me. This is truly a business hotel. There are no frills at all, but I have to say the rooms are small but always clean. The staff are very polite and helpful. Parking is a bit limited. Breakfast is a bit so so...but the restaurant in the evening is really good. I will be staying here again when I am in the region.
Breakfast not so special.
Location, good rooms, friendly helpful staff
Clean, crisp sheets, larger towels, AC, near tram
Restaurant was closed Sunday night, bathroom tissue is of inferior quality, pillows too thick
Location. Friendly staff.
No hand towels ot wash clothes. Carpets looked stained and dirty.

Great room, perfectly styled, comfortable. Good access to places. Enough variety breakfast
Entrance to hotel parking needs to be fixed, not good for low cars. It needs to be communicated before that you cannot access your car after you park underground, needs to have an entrance for walkers to walk in when needed. Could not speak English at reception, which, as a Ibis Hotel should be a must
The location was excellent for attending the rugby world cup matches. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The meal when we arrived was not so good. You need to cater more for vegetations.
Price had been increased due to the world cup!!
Easy to get too and staff very helpful.
Looking a bit old, needs a bit of a decoration in some parts of the hotel.
Breakfast was ok
Noise of the tram right outside of the window, bed was uncomfortable
Easy to find just off the A72. Secure parking if you want it but free outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was self service but perfectly fine to start the day. Wifi was available in the bar and the room.
Looks overall a little bit tired but basically clean and comfortable. Took three attempts to find an available twin room but the young lady at reception was very apologetic and helpful. Restaurant closed on Sunday evening but can provide hot meals from what they stock in the freezer. Car park a little bit tricky to get into if you don't spot the access road on the left just before the traffic light.
Close to where I worked
Spotty WiFi, Restaurant closed on Sunday
TERRIBLE
In the booking ad they say... AIRCO, but they dont have that. The kitchen was very bad... every night i sended the food 2x back toy the kitchen
Staff were friendly, car park was located close to the premises. I was able to request an Iron and staff were able to bring it up to my room, wake up calls were set up for me, bed was comfortable
Breakfast was not appealing but it was a french breakfast I suppose. One matter that was annoying was how tight or small the room was, no safe in the room to keep my important travel docs, far my room was from the elevator, no iron in the room.
