ibis Budget Thiers

Cheap rooms. Restaurants and supermarket nearby

Property dated. Needed a refresh. Breakfast simple.

Had booked another place on this area but was unable to get access. We were on motorbikes and in a storm so needed a room quickly. We booked Ibis as it had onsite parking and was nearby. It did the job. Clean and warm with some restaurants close by. Staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was very basic but 100m away is a multi-restaurant.

Very basic accommodation but did the job.

Ideal location good for a stop over located next to hyper supermarket great Restaurant rooms had aircon

Little tired beds quite hard

Staff is nice

Too much smell in the walking area and in the room. Unable to sleep well whole night.

Breakfast and staff

The rooms smelled a little to cigarette

Clean and quiet

Difficult to access by car . . on exit from the hotel the direction for the motorway is to the left. You cannot turn left at the hotel exit and have to drive a couple of kilometers to the next roundabout, or take a chance with a left turn.

The kidness of the staff

The bathroom was not proper. The water overflows in the bathroom wehn taking a shower

free parking, cheap, easy check-in.

Beds were not comfortable, mattress was on the thin side. We did sleep but it wasn't the best experience.

Friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast was of good quality and very convenient.

Air conditioner not very powerful.

Proximity to autoroute, cleanliness and efficient staff. Double room was spacious. Breakfast was copious. Elevator available and working. Secure car park after 10pm.

Hotel could do with a refresh. A number of distributor machines and downstairs toilet were not operating.

The hotel location was perfect for my visit.

The rooms desperately need renovations and the bathrooms should be cleared of mold.

Clean, comfortable, very basic accomodation. Close to the roads and okay for an overnight stop. Breakfast was fine. Staff were helpful.

I might stay here again, but it is very basic and might not be my 1st choice.

convenient and close to the supermarket, just a walk across the parking and restaurant close by

it’s not so much the property but the surroundings- a bit noisy

Very good Location for a one night stay in between cities. Our rooms were big enough, air conditioning was good and the staff very courteous and welcoming. Gave us good advice

We were stopping over for the night and the hotel fulfilled the temporary stay requirements.

It was too warm at check in and no ventilation was available

All went well - we needed a place to stay during an unexpected snowstorm and were absolutely delighted to find this hotel in exactly the right location. We wanted to stay until midday which was perfect. Staff were very accommodating as we also arrived later than originally planned.

Can't tell you anything negative!

very convenient to motorways.supermarket, petrol and a choice of eating venues all very close by. staff friendly and professional. view on the private, secure car park is available from the front of the hotel if you ask for it.

at night the neighbouring supermarket employed a street sweeping machine to clean their car park and that kept us awake for a while, otherwise it was quiet.

Clean comfortable room well situated for restaurant's nice breakfast and pleasant staff value for money

Pleasant

Wifi was totally slow. Breakfast was limited to only a hand of things. There was no real buffet. The choice was between, two types of bread, butter, some sweet things (marmalade, chocolate) and joghurt. Juice was empty nearly every morning.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast good

There was an atrocious smell of drains in the bathroom, that pervaded the whole room. It spoilt the whole night experience.
