- Incredible view of four volcanoes (two active) from 6th floor lobby and restaurant balcony. Excellent employees. I forgot my guest laundry, and they brought it to my room. Located in Paseo Cayala. Breakfast reasonably priced for a hotel

- Anyone staying at this hotel should carefully review their folio before leaving. this simple hotel will steal from you by charging you for services you did not use and then treating you disrespectfully when you ask them to correct the mistake.
- The bathroom shower it was so dirty and full of mold and mildew very gross ,I didn¿t feel confortable taking a shower feel so a friend to catch a fungus on my feet and body. Towels so black and looks very disgusted do not recommend at all
- Room a little cold, and adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to help. I didn't complain. Maybe they could have quickly fixed it.

Perfect location
