Located in the Zona 10 district in Guatemala, Holiday Inn offers its guests free WiFi access and an outdoor pool. The property also has a fitness center. The functional and elegant rooms feature a full bathroom that includes toiletries and a hairdryer, flat-screen cable TV and some units also boast an iPod dock. - Service and cleanliness
- very friendly staff, nice restaurant, simple menu, not over-priced, helpful with translations and directions
- Location worked out well as it was close to the airport. The breakfast in the morning was convenient and staff was very friendly.
Cons -
- The breakfast is good but it is way over priced the coffee was terrible
- it is located in very expensive area of city, where most other restaurants were more expensive
- I was told there would be airport shuttle but could not find it after 20 mintutes of searching so ended up paying for a taxi. Other than this, the hotel was just fine.
