Good location with easy parking a short distance from the city
Nice hotel with excellent receptionist.

Great proximity to cafe, bars & highlights
The internet was intermittent at times
A hotel/restaurant run by the owners. Their involvement showed in many ways. The food was excellent and everyone was very obliging. We didn't need much, but we got the impression that all would go that extra mile to help. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel in close to the centre of town. There is a free car park to the rear of the hotel (with covered parking available for motorcycles and bicycles). The staff are lovely and speak very good English. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, well appointed and very quiet. The food in the restaurant is excellent and we were delighted to discover it offered Thai dishes as well as traditional French cuisine.
People were friendly.
The restaurant with the Bourgui-Thai menu! It was krant to be a fusion but more of less it was a Joke! A misunderstanding.
Quiet location close to town. Lovely owners and staff. Absolutely AWESOME food - honestly, one of the best steaks I’ve had anywhere in Europe (gets close to Argentinian and Japanese Wagyu steak). Free off-road parking. Really comfy bedding.
No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Only paper cups in room.
We loved beautiful Cluny and it was nice that we could access the centre from our hotel. We arrived by bike & they secured a room for us to park them inside the hotel. We strongly recommend the hotel. The restaurant was very busy but we did not eat there as we had made other plans.
Paid for larger room and it was worth it. Excellent evening meal and delicious breakfast. Extremely friendly welcome and service.
A very hot day room did not have air conditioning only complaint
As above
There is no fridge in the room, no air conditioning ,no coffee maker, the space for clothes is too limited, no lift and no staff to help with the suitcases
The welcome from the owner was excellent - he was so friendly and was happy to speak in either French or English. The food was fantastic. We felt really welcomed throughout
It was very clean and well maintained.
The room was very small and cramped. It was very institutional and had no home comforts.
Clean, comfortable, easy to find, good food (beautifully cooked meat)
Quality, local food prepared in a unique way, and very comfortable room. The owner speaks excellent English. Walking distance from the abbey. Good wifi
The staff were pleasant, really efficient and very helpful. The breakfast called 'sucree' was much more than that. It included a yogurt, fruit juices, fruit and several pastries. Parking was perfect, as was the location on the very edge of the historical part of the town.
Room was comfortable. If a little small. The restaurant was fantastic. We really enjoyed our meal, especially as it was on a Monday.
