B&B HOTEL Paray-le-Monial

Close to the hospital where my husband was taken after having had an unfortunate accident

It suited my needs for a one night stay but not a place I would go to for any longer

A basic sterile hotel next to the highway with a decent restaurant next door and a nice breakfast. A stopover hotel for travelers and workers.

Very convenient for who is travelling by car. Simple but good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Location is great because of very short distance from the main road. Breakfast was good. Check in during the night is via the machine but in case of any problems you can connect with someone from staff. It was very helpful for us.

Rooms could be equipped with hairdryer.

Good shower and plenty of hot water.Located close to main road on outskirts of town for easy access. Big carpark.

No character. Modern box building on industrial estate. No kettle or drink making facility in room.Noisy air con heating unit.

Most complicated wifi access. You have to provide your name, email and agree to a bunch of stuff. I circumvented the privacy by using fake name and non existent email

Ground floor access

Efficient check in using a touch screen and credit card receipt gives the code to the room. The next morning we asked for additional pillows and they were there in the eveningThe breakfast served delicious croissants and bread amongst other things. The orange juice and coffee were excellent

The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we need! Breakfast was ok, nothing special and the stuff was there but nothing more.

Our room had an horrible smell of cigarettes or e-cigarettes. Also unacceptable for a bed and breakfast!

the hotel was well situated, close to the motorway but quiet.

It was in the middle of a big refurbishment and didn’t look opened to start with, but the receptionist/gérante(?) was very helpful and very cheerful despite the difficulties of the situation. We got a room that was comfortable but was obviously still missing some furnishings as no mirrors, no extra pillow, no hairdryer, but it was fine. They managed to provide a full breakfast in very difficult circumstances. Well done!!

I liked the staff at the check-in, the size of the room was fine and the bed comfortable.

I did not like the persistent smell in the room, I´m not sure if it was old smell of tobacco or from the heating machine

Location good and restaurant next door excellent

It was so hot in the room. The air con unit was sending out hot air even when turned off at the wall or set to cool. 4am was hanging out of the window trying to cool. Could not sleep with window open as next to busy road and lorries going past so too noisy. Got up on chair try to find another way to turn off vent but it was hard wired to wall. Went to reception for help but no-one around. Only phone to call help was outside and I didn’t want to risk getting locked out with my child alone in the room. Explained all to staff at breakfast but they just shrugged shoulders and said “ok”. No apology. Barely slept at all.

Clean room. Shower larger than usual in this type of hotel. Two restaurants nearby but Chinese buffet is more expensive than normal.

No plates at breakfast, for cooked food.

Conveniently placed just off the motorway. Although we didn't hear any traffic noise when in our room. Clean and comfortable rooms. Bonus 10% discount at the amazing all you can eat Chinese restaurant across the road.

Standard B&B hotel.

Had to use the self check in machine. Not impressed having to pay with credit card outdoors, and having to take photos of room codes as print function on machine not working. For the price, I expect real staff. Will be avoiding this chain in future.

Convenient simple room for a one-night stay.Few minutes driving from Paray-le-Monial.

No facilities at all (iron board, hairdryer etc…).

First time using this chain and it was ideal for a couple of nights. The breakfast was a very good spread. As a bonus there was a very good restaurant next door.

The bathroom had a serious smell coming from the sewers and the WC that needed adjustment!! No one control this things it seems
