- I was made to pay for charges already included in my rate when I made my reservation, secondly complimentary breakfast wasn't available at the set time and when it eventually arrived, I was expecting to pay for room service due to their negligence. Lastly the reservation was for two adult the hotel only served break fast for one and expected the second adult to pay despite the rule not been expressed on the reservation or while checking in. Highly embarrassing!!!
- No buffet breakfast fast, the staff called Blessing very rude and arrogant, rushed to removed cup of tea from my table saying customer are only entitled to a cup free rest you pay also there meal is 7k and is a rubbish, don't eat lunch there..

The facility is clean and functionally equipped. Customer services are excellent .
Access roads to the facility are rough and potholes. Moreover, driving through busy market roads was not fun, I was tottaly uncomfortable with the situation.
It’s a very nice and affordable Suite I so much enjoy my stay at Grand Inn& suites it’s worth the amount that was paid ! and their workers are very jovial !
The neatness of the room
The Ac trip off in the middle of the night I had to call the reception to call maintenance to fix it that night secondly some of their guest was fighting downstairs in the middle of the night disturbing peoples sleep and their parking arrangements was very poor space was not created for lodgers

Everything about the place ,just lack of communication with what needs to be repair or faulty in my apartment when I arrived. But I will always book the hotel, very nice place
