Campanile Nantes Reze Aeroport

The location is excellent, if you are travelling by flight+rental car, especially if you arrive late at NTE or depart early from NTE

I don't like carpet floors. I prefer more allergic friendly floors.

The location is excellent if you have an early departure to the airport. Friendly staff.

Convenience for airport

Room was small and very hot. No air conditioning or fan, and due to window opening onto walkway ventilation was limited.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The his is a nice hub before an early flight.

I would have like AC in the room.

The room was not clean, there was a horrible smell in the room. No AC, and if you want to open the window good luck with spending 5 minutes without having insects in the room. The lady on the reception was rude. I checked out 30 minutes after check-in, she didn’t even care to ask why !

Quite basic but a clean room with coffee snd tea available. The shower was very powerful. Helpful and friendly staff and the breakfast is excellent and copious.

Very busy, lack of staff, invoice not supplied, incorrect details on services purchased, breakfasts paid for and not accounted for on breakfast attendees list.

The situation of the hotel.No river view as advertised.So basic even for the price.We did not stay as more like Butlins room.

Was available when no other airport hotels had rooms.

Very basic room. No decorations on the wall. Frankly rather bleak..

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great. Really close to the sirport. Bed was comfy and shower was great.

Food in the restaurant wasn't very nice but the staff were lovely so I don't really want to complain too much!

Friendly staff, cosy restaurant area to relax in the evening, a pleasant, clean room to rest in with comfortable beds, and great bathroom lighting! :)

Location near Nantes airport. Needed basic accommodation before an early flight. SURPRISED that it was easy 6 min walk to quaint Trentemoult riverside neighborhood. So cute with good places to eat along the river.

The internet was out. The TV didn’t work well-though when the desk man came to check it seemed to work for him. Then I had probs again. Not really important!

The worst one so far!

It wasn’t cleaned properly, paint of the room was falling off, there was an empty roll of toilet paper and an already open one, hairs on the toilet seat, bad environment (there was one guy puffing some gas from a ballon and requested some cigarettes), loud noises early in the morning from Leroy Merlin that was at 10 meters distance.

No wifi available during two days. Shower leaked into the bathroom. Noisy nabours floor above.

Friendly night staff. Late check-in. Check-out at noon.

Two times before check-out there was staff knocking at my door in the morning. One time at 9 am and again at 10.30 am, after I arrived in the night, so was unhappy with that.

I was nicely surprised by the breakfast, rather good

the hotel is VERY difficult to find, in the bottom of an industrial area.the room was direct on the parking, you hear every noise of car from 23h30 to 7h.Phonic isolation between rooms is just nothing :you can hear evry drop of liquid soap that the neighbour is taking for his shower.

Breakfast was OK and well presented.

The room smelt damp, with dead insects on the window sill.
