Its location, on the beachfront and close to other nice spots in the region, the cleanliness and tidyness in the whole building and garden, the staff, the restaurant, the pool with sea water.

There is no intimacy on the room terrace and on the beach - the sunbeds are almost glued to each other. And some people are still leaving their beach towels on the sunbeds on the beach and at the pool from morning to dusk, without them being there.The fact there is no separate disposal of garbage - at least the plastic should be disposed of and collected separately. We noticed this is a general issue, not solely in this property. And one other thing regarding garbage is the staggering amount of litter on the beach that nobody from the property or from the municipality is collecting. There is litter everywhere on the beach, from different types of food packaging, to plastic wet tissues, bits and pieces of kids toys, straws, bottles, and enormous amounts of cigarette butts. It is quite shocking to see all this litter that nobody cares about - nor the property, on their side of the beach at least, nor the municipality. We noticed this too is a general issue - with litter everywhere, which is such a great pity; so sad to see these beautiful landscapes marred by human indiference and negligence.

Close to the beach and the restaurants, the apartment was clean, nice looking complex

The property is supposedly baby friendly but we didn't get that feeling. First of all, I had to carry the stroller up and down the stairs every morning for breakfast because there was no other way to get it there. I know it's normal in Greece but we also didn't like that everyone was smoking in the eating area on the terrace outside, unpleasant for us and the baby whenever we were there. The breakfast was kind of limited with a few options to choose from. The shower in our room was not working properly, also we couldn't find the middle ground for proper water temperature, it was either too hot or too cold. I expected to get more for the money we paid, but overall it was a bit disappointing

The hotel was great, it is just a dew steps to the beach, The beach was also great with clear water, sand and sunbeds. It is not a private beach so everyone can come and enjoy the beach whether with the private sunbeds of the hotel or with their own umbrellas but there is space for everyone. To use sunbeds and umbrellas, you have to order from the facility. the prices in the menu were okay as well. Our rooms were clean so we were really satisfied with our stay. Open buffet also offers great options for breakfast. We dined in the restaurant which we believe is the best one in the area. We have reached to the property with our private car and when we arrived there, we have been informed that the private parking spaces were not available but we could try again after the next day's check out time, But we had no problem finding parking spots just next to the hotel so it was not an issue for us.

The prices in the facility in the beach were okay but it could have been free for the hotel guests. Also the oppen buffet needs small descriptions of the food as we could not eat some of the food due to not being able to know whether they are kosher/halal.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the restaurant was excellent. The location was right on the beach, which made it wonderful for swimming at the sea with a small child. Very convenient!

Stairs everywhere, and staff members who were surprised that someone might require assistance to bring the luggage upstairs… the lack of elevator needs to be more clearly stated. Also, some of the beach beds were broken and clearly a hazard. One member of our party hit her head badly while in the process of sitting down. Also, the beach chairs were insufficient for the hotel guests, and it was a competitive process trying to find an available one to place the bags on.

the bed was not confortamble at all, lack of storage for the lugages and also the small dressing was filled with the duvets and all sort of blankets that we did not used at all. the bathroom need some drawers and also some improvements as in some small areas we saw mold. the hotel lacked faucet at the entrance in order to wash sand from the beach.

The design - back to the nineties, low maintenance of the room, low water pressure, wifi is a joke, salty water in the pool and somehow it was mostly closed, disappointing breakfast. In such a big hotel I would expect the reception to be available 24 hours. Room service lady burst into the room twice without waiting after knocking.

Location. Cleanliness. Nice sandy beach.

There is No internet connection most of the time. Low quality breakfast. Small rooms and the rooms need more maintenance.

Bathroom terrible, no shower doir, everything got wet, including toilet, paper etc. Terrible design. No air conditioning when not in room in 36 degrees, it was unbearable. No parking available, had to park 2 streets over, and the receptionist didn't even say sorry, or wasn't helpful where to park.

Amazing hotel&restaurant, great value. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and always clean on daily basis.Breakfast is variety and sufficient, if you looking for more you have close by restaurants. The beach is right up front, and you have plenty of options for sun beds/chairs. The most important of all is the hospitality and friendly staff that is always there to help. This is our 3rd time coming here, and will definitely be coming again. Strongly recommended.

The property is close to the beach, which is nice.

There wasn’t any parking available as advertised (free parking, private parking). We had to search for a spot for a while, even though we asked the for a spot at the reception 3 times. The 3rd time we asked for a parking spot the worker on reception didn’t even check if there are any spaces available and rejected us right away. Even though there was 1 empty spot. So in short, don’t count on the advertisement for parking. Also, the room was very very small.

The location of hotel is just nearby to sea. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is good and enough. The sea is also very nice and the beach is sandy. The sea can be a bit wavy after noon. The hotel is very kids friendly. You can find lots of babychair.

There would be insects at the ground rooms because of the garden. But staff cleans everyday and they spray for bugs. Siviri is also very small village which makes you bored after 3-4 days. But still very nice place for relaxing and for kids.

Wonderful hotel right on the beach. Rooms were very clean and quiet, breakfast was good too. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Great value for the money.

Outdated furniture and mattress; pillows can be improved with better ones in a positive way for benefit to the guests and the hotel improvements.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The pool area and the beach were super nice.

Nothing major but the breakfast was quite avarage and the fridge in the room was not working.

Great location, almost at the beach. Clean facility, staff always smiling and there for you to help you for everything you need. I was there with a baby (like 80% of the guest in whole Siviri) and this is the nice place to be for family holidays. Parking could be the problem but Siviri is a small place, you can find parking nearby (was there in middle of September, maybe in the season is different situation)

staff was kind and helpful, cheerful and joyous. location was excellent. Rooms were cleaned every 2 days. breakfast was good too.

Breakfast was OK, Location fine, & staff were very nice, side view of sea was acceptable after being given parking (not on arrival) that became tolerable.

Great location, fairly clean, friendly stuff, awesome balconies.

Very basic breakfast, uncomfortable beds. It's not quite worth the price, as there are nicer apartments in the surrounding area for a better price.

Hotel is just in front of the beach and promenade. We had ground floor room which was excellent for us given that we had kids. Room was quite spacious and all well kept. Breakfast was relatively good.

The only issue for us was that in our back yard there was a lot of water coming out from the ACs of the apartments and everytime we could not use it as kids would have slip or else entering water inside the room. Please tackle this issue for your benefit.

Clean and close to the beach. The room was big.

The beach was not clean, our slippers were stolen (we believe by the person who maintains the beach). He then pretended that he doesn't speak English or Greek. The breakfast was not tasty, basic. The rooms was missing some facilities, a small table inside would be great, electric kettle, etc.
