- Hotel was on its first day after quarantine, and things were getting ready. But services and specially food were very bad.
- Not many choices of desserts for people with milk/eggs allergies. Tapioca was dry and had no taste. No feijoada for the days I was there. If you would close the balcony door when outside and you were alone, you would be locked out.
- Few options of natural juice available, mainly in the breakfast. Secondly, the choice of restaurant selection must be during the check in , not in the other day between 9:00 and 11:00 AM, mainly when the hotel is busy and need to wait in line (mainly because people are still check the menus). Finally, it is necessary to have more trees or some structures around the pools to create some shadow to minimize the sun effects before 4:00 PM.

They have to take care on what kind of food they serve at the restaurant. I ate something that didn't make me feel well and I got sick.Fortunatelly, the staff was very helpful with me.
