Great location, big comfortable room and very clean, staff were friendly and polite, best value for the money

Breakfast is marvelous and rooms are comfortable and very clean.

The staff. And the breakfast: they provide an amazing breakfast, with homemade jam and traditional Greek food.

If I have to put something negative, maybe that I missed having hangers in the room to be able to hand my clothes, but nothing else besides that.

Perfect location. The rooms are in good condition, with TV, fridge, hair dryer etc. The best thing - definitely the hospitality of the host - Menelaos and the homemade breakfast - 11/10.

The only thing that could be improved is the vebtilation in the bathroom of the room we got.

The hotel is phenomenal. Everything is clean and extra comfortable. I would especially emphasize the breakfast, which is served until 11 o'clock, which does not happen anywhere, and which every morning includes homemade pies, homemade jam, various dishes prepared by the owner and served to every guest. A phenomenal experience a few meters from the sea at a great price.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location—close to everything we needed. The host was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I have been to this hotel and I am very positively surprised. Very nice locaton - close to all amenities that you might need. Very clean and speciuss room with a balcony. It was so generous from the hotel management to upgrade my room. A great breakfast above my excpectations! Nice staff and helpful hints from the manager about the places and restourans to visit.

We booked last minute and room was ready and available for us right away, despite last minute booking. The breakfast was absolutely great! It was prepared especially for us, once we arrived at the restaurant and sat on the table and was really tasty, smelled delicious and most of all - the home made touch made it exceptional!

The place was not fancy or luxury, but it was perfect clean, including welcome pack, and everything you need for your stay! The manager was really welcoming, and the breakfast incredible. I would say - perfect value for money!

We got 4-bed room, with 2 separate rooms which was great. The owner/manager told us that he doesn't mind offering spacious/bigger rooms if they are available. Complimentary bottled water was available in the room. It was warm enough, in mid January, with 2 air-conditioners and extra heater (though we didn't need the heater), and warm blankets. As other reviews have mentioned, breakfast is served at each table separately, and each morning there was something new introduced - new dessert, or pie, or cold tortilla wrap. Warm honey and home made banana and strawberry jam were also served. Relaxing jazz music playing in the background prepares guests for an easy start of the day. The hotel is few minutes away from the center, and still away from the big crowd in summer. I would be back for sure!

It would be nice to have stronger light in the rooms and the bathroom, or to have more lamps (bed lamp for reading or extra bathroom light).

-the bathroom door is old and creaky, rusty bathroom furniture, no airing or ventilation, shower curtain was sorry and sticky;-worn pillows, towels need bleaching;-superficial cleaning;- during the night there was a constant noise from outside (either from the air conditioning or from a generator).

The hotel is well positioned in a quiet area of the city, being a few minutes walk from the port, the beach and the center. In its immediate vicinity there are various shops, supermarkets, restaurants and taverns, most of them with extended hours until midnight.They received us earlier and in addition and pleasantly surprising compared to what we had already paid, a double matrimonial room, they offered us a triple room in the initial costs. Because we were very tired after the trip, they offered us free water, juices and coffees to hydrate, they even helped us with carrying luggage to the room. In this way, we would like to thank you for all your support!The room is spacious, equipped with simple, minimalist furniture, a small refrigerator, air conditioning and an LCD TV and a large balcony with 2 chairs, a table, as well as accessories for drying laundry.The room was cleaned almost every day (except 2 days – they probably didn't want to disturb us at lunch when the baby slept), completely changing all the towels we requested.On the first day we had problems with the refrigerator that made a very loud noise at night and the next day, without hesitation, they immediately brought us another one in place, completely silent compared to the initial one. Every day when they entered the room they filled us free of charge in the fridge with 2 bottles of water.Breakfast is served a la carte, although apparently limited, it is quite consistent, changing sometimes daily, a product from the one initially offered. The strengths of the breakfast are the locally cooked and prepared products (absolutely delicious!), and according to the owner, they used as much as possible, only local Greek ingredients. Another plus is coffee / cappuccino that is prepared at the barista.The owner as well as the entire hotel staff is receptive, communicative and friendly, they answered and helped us with all questions and requests regarding the objectives in the city and surroundings.

The bathroom is clean, but it is very small (it does not have a bathtub, only a shower) and needs small improvements to the installations – showers & taps. The air conditioning is positioned just above the second bed and it is not advisable to sleep with it open, because you risk catching a cold to wake up with a big headache. The isolation of the room is mediocre, easily hearing when someone comes and goes in the hallway or speaks louder in the next rooms. Next to our room, a few nights a family with 2 babies was accommodated, so almost every morning we were awakened by an infantile concert at the first hour. The hotel is located on a secondary street, has no direct sea view, at night, although quite animated, the street is very poorly lit and can be dangerous. Also, the area where the hotel is located, in some places is depressing, a lot of houses being abandoned, as well as many companies / clubs / restaurants that went bankrupt and left behind only rubble, windows, furniture and advertising broken, destroyed or rusted.
