The atmosphere, the staff were excellent.

This is a lovely, small hotel in the historical neighborhood of Edessa. The bedroom is basic but cleanThe breakfast was good (not amazing) and the staff helpful and friendly There is an elevator which was a pleasant surprise The hotel is very close to the waterfall. 10 minute walk

Loved the view from the balcony , the central position, the beautiful renovation.The freshly prepared eggs for breakfast if wanted. The whole of the breakfast was beautifully served and plentiful.All of the team there were very attentive, and welcoming.

The location was perfect. Very short walk to the waterfalls, which we visited twice. Also, the balcony faced a stunning view, and we enjoyed sitting there in the morning and evening. Just beautiful.

The breakfast was okay, but could have offered more fresh fruits, vegetables, and cheeses -- comparing it to other hotels we stayed at on this trip.

Great location, amazing view, great breakfast, comfortable room with nice balcony. Edessa is a lovely, walkable town, with a number of gorgeous, powerful waterfalls

No coffee/tea in room

Bed was a bit soft for our liking

Location was great, right in the old town and near the falls and restaurants (although we did have a bit of trouble getting there with google maps on the phone, but figured it out). The staff was fantastic, always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good with coffee juices, several breads/pastries, fruit, cereal, and cooked to order eggs or omelets. We had a balcony overlooking the valley which was wide and comfy.

Everything, from the atmosphere and design to the staff, rooms, location...Breakfast was delicious, and generous, reasonably priced.

Comfortable, clean and a decent size. But the balcony and view are the stars. What a view! Breakfast is tremendous value and quality

A couple of small maintenance things needed attention in the room. That's all though!

Amazing location on the edge of a cliff, itvus an are fully restored old mansion. Nicely appointed, air conditioned rooms s d a lovely breakfast round tiff

The staff was polite and kind, the location near the waterfalls, garden and restaurants is comfortable, the view from the terrace was perfect. The friend family we were with told me they can give 10 points for the room - every thing was great. We stayed at Varosy 4 Seasons 8 years ago and our impressions then were perfect, too.

I'm talking about room 8 - very uncomfortable for us:1. The bed is big enough but located in the corner - normal access for one person only, the other must crawl along the wall or jump over;2. It was too hot, the AC is very noisy and smells bad - so we couldn't use it;3. The TV has only 5 channels (my husband missed to the European football championship, which is broadcast on national television);4. There was no refrigerator nor bottles of water.So, I do not recommend room 8 for couples especially old or with movement difficulties.

Loved the location, staff, and shared areas. Rooms are dated, but clean. Blackout shades and balconies very nice - great view

A beautifully renovated house with an elevator and free parking. A fabulous view of the plain below. Close to the waterfall in Edessa. The owners made me a good omelette for breakfast. A glass floor in the breakfast area reveals ancient walls below. Embroidered chairs add a nice touch.

I liked everything!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable, a fantastic view and an excellent situation in a historically interesting area near the waterfalls and old town cafes and restaurants. Good breakfast with home baking and homemade cherry (a local speciality) jam. If you have a car it makes an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area including the Macedonian palace sites at Pella and Vergina (the royal tombs there are the most interesting).and even Thessaloniki.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, amazing view from the room, which was clean and nicely decorated, bed was comfortable (on the hard side), breakfast was good and satisfying.Located a few minutes from the waterfalls
