Pros +
- It looks better than on the pictures its a big space, very clean (plus they clean your room daily). A very cute kitchen where you can have breakfest the owner is kind enough to ask if you have any preference beyond the things you can find. Overall super welcoming and it just makes your stay better. Also a quick mention its only 10 mins walk from the beach and there is a bus that takes you from pescara to the place and back (number 10). There are coffe shops a big market near and anything you might need :)

- Like the location, our room, very nice and helpful host. The room has "warm home" feeling, authentic and colorful. Very comfortable bed, spacious and clean room.
Cons -
- The entrance door can be noisy for someone, but it's not a big of problem. Marble floor are extremely cold, but we were here off season. I can imagine must be nice in a hot summer.
