Rooms definitely need renovation. Too old furniture as well. Definitely, the hotel is overated, far away from its 4 stars

Breakfast is excellent. Good service and very nice restaurant aranged in traditional style.

Cozy but not overly spacious rooms in a traditional style building. Super breakfast with fresh local produce. Good restaurant with a wide selection of traditional Macedonian food and reasonable prices. One hour spa (jacuzzi, Turkish steam bath and sauna) is included in the price)

The swimming pool could not be used. Though the rooms were clean, the bathroom was not entirely spotless and somewhat outdated

Rooms desperately need renovation, especially bathrooms. There is no air conditioning anywhere in the building, so during summer it is quite challenging.

The Hotel looks wonderful, the staff was very friendly and warmly welcoming. There are many places to relax both inside the hotel and outside at the restaurant and in a private area next to a river close to the hotel. The food was delicious. We could relax a lot during our stay at the hotel and we can totally recommend everyone to stay there!

Excellent breakfast, excellent location very close to the centre and still away from the crowd. The staff is very kind. The food is authentic and delicious. Berovo is such a magical place to run away for a few days, especially in the hot summer days.

The hotel needs some renovation.

Extraordinary food, very comfortable and spacious apartments. The staff is very kind and polite. I especially recommend it for families.

There is no clock in the room.

The food is excellent, whatever you order you won't go wrong.

The only remark, I think that the use of the spa center for guests should be included in the price and the outdoor pool is small so it's not really suitable for swimming.

The outdoor facilities and the location of the hotel are excellent. Delicious food, rich breakfast buffet and friendly staff both in restaurant and at reception. Rooms are big and warm and have all the toiletries a person needs.

Even though rooms are big, they need a bit of updating and the prices in the restaurant are quite higher compared to other restaurants in Berovo. Spa facilities were also not available at the moment and the pool is not really appropriate for swimming since it is in the middle of the restaurant's terrace.

Perfect location, delicious food and very friendly staff.

I cannot say there's something that I didn't like, except that it was very hot in the room, (even with windows opened). Everything else was perfect, all done for high satisfaction of guests.

Good location, pleasant staff, hot in the rooms during winter, good breakfast.

The room was quite small. The toilet as well. It was clean but there were some items that were old, like the carpets, the curtains. Also the restorant in the hotel this year compared to last year had a big increase in the prices.

The staff was super friendly and trying to accommodate our needs at any time.The food in the restaurant is super delicious, the best you'll find. They prepare plenty of traditional specialties from Maleshevo region.

There was live music in the restaurant and it was very loud, as if they were playing in our room. It ended at midnight, so it shouldn't bother you if you can join the party, which we couldn't.
