Great location, amazing view!Clean!

It’s our fourth stay. In between is seems that the management policy was changed Nothing you can use in the kitchen. There are electric cooking facilities, but you are not allowed to use them. Not a single spoon or plate.

Excellent, the SPA masseuse Kamelia was so kind and positive. The manager Tania, Rosi the receptionist were very kind and positive. I would rate all of them with 10.

The restaurant served good food.

It was cold in our room even with the heater on. Our next door neighbours were loud, we could hear everything they were saying.

The heating is poor and we have a issue whit the door which leading to the balcony of the room next door. This door was supposed to be locked, but one day I found it wide open. I asked the reception why it was open, but I didn't get any explanation.

The only thing in the hotel that was excellent was the staff; the food was also very good.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to cleanliness issues. The carpets were not just in need of cleaning but should be replaced entirely. While the price seemed attractive compared to the pictures uploaded on Booking, the condition of the room quickly explained the lower rates.If you're looking for a quick overnight stay, it might suffice, but I cannot recommend it for families with children. I was genuinely concerned about allowing my child to take their shoes off due to how dirty the carpets were. While the condition of the furniture didn’t bother me as much, the state of the carpets was unacceptable.

Nothing special

I stayed during the New Year period. The New Year's Eve party was extremely expensive for what we received, and the food on New Year's Eve was very poor. It doesn’t look like a 4-star hotel. Maybe the stars in Bulgaria’s hospitality sector are different from those on the rest of the planet. To get to the room we stayed in, you first had to pass through a door, then a small hallway that had two other doors: one for our room and one for another room. But through the room doors, you could hear everything. Noise easily passed through the doors, reached the small hallway, created an echo, and became very loud.We were lucky to have relatively quiet neighbors and managed to sleep at night, but for a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable. The sound insulation for impact noise is dreadful. The room we stayed in was on the second floor, somehow above the restaurant, and you could hear all the chairs being moved around. On New Year's Eve, the music from the restaurant felt like it was playing in our room (I mention this just as information, as I expected it, and I fell asleep with non-noise-canceling headphones). I mention this in case you're planning to stay at this hotel during an event, though I can overlook it for New Year's Eve specifically.The room was relatively clean, the linens were fresh, but the mattress was quite poor. Even though I said the room was clean, the cleaning staff didn’t seem very thorough. They forgot to replace hygiene items in the bathroom, among other things.The door keycards… you have to wait about 5 minutes for them to unlock the door. First, you hear some beeping noises, making you feel like the door might explode, and then it opens. The elevator is very slow.There is a bar on-site, but there’s no dedicated bartender. You have to go to the restaurant to ask a waiter to come and serve you something from the bar, which is absurd. I’ve never seen a hotel with a bar that doesn’t have someone assigned to it.

The hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars, maybe 3. The restaurant don’t even.I like high pillows but these were extremely high.We were a couple with a 7 years child and they only accepted us to take an apartment, which we didn’t use, because a child of this age doesn’t sleep alone in the room.The facilities in the kitchen didn’t work at all.The breakfast is quite low quality.We had the dinner at the New Year’s Eve, which was also very low quality.

Spa area a bit overcrowded. By the end of the day, the jacuzzi water is not clean.

Me and my wife had a great weekend there. Very kind and positive crew. Also we received a compliment from the hotel, instead of a double room we had an apartment. Food was tasty. And the scenery from our terrace was just amazing. I strongly recommend it ?

Everything was perfect.

SPA zone was good. The massage was great - kudos to the staff - great experience and also excellent value for money. Pool and jacuzzi were clean. Location is okay, there are enough free parking spots. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was okay. The lobby bar has many entertaining options and prices are okay. The kids center was good and toys are of good quality.

Outdoor pool music is loud. It turns on at 7AM and runs until midnight. You can hear it in the room and it’s unpleasant if you want to sleep. There is no insect net on the doors. The rooms need renovation - some items were changed, but it was quite amortized and unpleasant. The kitchens are not equipped - there are no cooking utensils. Rooms were somewhat clean, but there is room for improvement. The billiards need renovation especially the pool cues. The red one should not be used as it is made from fiber glass and can hurt the user. We had very unpleasant experience with it. The pool is cold and either needs heating or another kids pool should be built. Kids were in the jacuzzi as the water was warm.

Location was good, the view is great. We have booked a romantic jacuzzi for 2 people, that saved the whole experience and it was definitely worth it.

Despite the fact that this is a 4 star hotel, in my opinion this rate is a bit overestimated. The staff was not necesarily rude, but it was not hospitable. There was no option to have a la carte menu in the evening, it was a buffet, which was ok, but not at the lever of a 4 star hotel. Also, there are some damages in the room, which can be fixed. More, at the SPA center is a damp and old smell.

Everything was great! Nice facilities and location. 10 min drive from Bansko.

Everything was great! The only thing was our room happened to be on 2nd floor, where there was no view.
