Clean and comfortable.

We stayed in self catering unit. It would be nice if a starter pack for one day kitchen (dish soap/wipes)and bathroom use would be made available.

My Kids stayed for one night as my son was cycling in a Road Race in Veldrif. The kids especially mentioned the friendly receptionist. 10/10 for her kindness and service. My son who is very fussy said he would definitely be back to stay.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Right on the water in the marina. The restaurant was unfortunately closed during our stay over new years but the pool area was fantastic.

Love, love the location and the staff. The room was amazing but the bed was very hard. Also it was suprising that the restaurant was not open for dinner and that pool bar was closed, considering we were there in peak season. The food at the restaurant could also be better.

It was the worst experience. The gave us three years expired tabasco sauce. Waited a hour for food to arrive. Was served cold raw breakfast sausage. Stale toast, list goes on.

The fact that we were asked to make another full payment as they have not received our payment on their side, when I made full payment three weeks prior and sent through POP. On the second day of our stay we were told about this. After refusing to pay the receptionist made some calls and will sort out their admin issue.

The hotel is a small ‘boutique style’ overlooking the marina.The view from the upstairs room was perfect for colourful sunrise and especially sunsets.The staff are so friendly and informative.Breakfast is not included but the restaurant has a lovely outside terrace. Food is excellent.We had Xmas Day lunch. Very nice. And plenty of it.The youngsters who work in the restaurant are very pleasant and work hard!

Nothing really to dislike.

We enjoyed the fact that the room overlooked the lagoon. It was peaceful.

We could hear the voices of those staying in the neighboring rooms. It felt like we had no privacy.
