Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card holder needs to be present and the credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking. Kindly note we will send payment link depending on the cancellation policy of the booking, to fill in the credit card details for deposit payment. Guests are requested to validate their credit card and make payment through payment link received from the hotel. On 24 December and 31 December, a Gala dinner supplement is mandatory for all guests and is included in the nightly rate for 2 adults in all double room occupancies, and for the Family Villa rate is inclusive of gala dinner for 4 adults. For children 4–11 years, the rate is EUR 25 per child and this is to be paid upon check-in as it is not added to the rate plan. Please note as from May 2024 the spa will be temporary closed for maintenance and renovation. Started since 1 August 2023, Seychelles implemented New Environmental Sustainability Levy to enhance green initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travelers. The cost will be SCR 75 per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles, children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
