The rooms are very spacious, bathroom is very nice, AC is a bit loud but works great in the hot weather.

My room wasn't clean:( there was old food in the fridge The hours that the jacuzzi was available wasn't suitable for us Not available before lunch and closed before dinner so we couldn't use it.The cleaning lady closed the door in my face while I was carrying luggage... Not a good New year experience there

We were traveling in winter and this place was very warm.

It was outdated, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The staff was very pleasant and kind. The room was clean.

There were no shutters or curtains on the window. The fridge wasn't working. The shower was clogged, so the water drained very slowly.

Nice road side hotel takes you back 30 years. Room "suite" is equipped with landline telephone and a picture tube tv! Tv has also colors and a remote control. Awesome!AC is very powerfull, but also very noisy. You feel like constant line of trucks are running by.Location is good and price is cheap.

Next to the hotel is some sort of industrial area, where are multiple guard dogs barking all night long.

This is a traditional funky roadside hotel, right on the main road so all manner of traffic zoom past. Adequate in a pinch.

The room was clean, vast and we felt comfortable.

The bath was broken and the water came out. The electricity card was not working properly and we had to put a lot of effort to make it work. It was also cold as the windows seem not to be isolated properly.

Very warm and clean inside. Lovely host Nelly, with great smile. Also restaurant downstairs with good food and good price.

The ceiling inside our room was little low on one side of the bed. I think some little soft piece can be placed on that kerb so no one hits their head. Everything else was great for the price.

We were upgraded to a superior room than what we had booked, which was a pleasant surprise. While it wasn't luxurious, the room was very warm and everything was satisfactory. Considering its proximity to the Borovets ski slopes, the price was very reasonable.

The communication could have been improved. We arrived late at night and inquired about how to obtain the key but received no response. Subsequently, we contacted the property, but no one spoke English, so we sought assistance from Booking Support, which went above and beyond to procure a timely response. Upon arrival, we discovered a phone number on the door for guests arriving late at night, rendering the check-in issue nonexistent. However, the property should respond more promptly to messages on Booking.

The location and the shower.

Sooooooo much noise. We arrived at 1am and there was VERY loud music playing from the bar/lobby that could be heard all over the hotel until about 2am. But that’s not all, the hotel is located right at a high speed road and every car that passes can be heard very loudly. Dogs barking everywhere and people near the entrance and at their porches talking at high volumes from 5:30am. We couldn’t get barely any sleep and the overall felling was very bad.

The room was clean and the shower was great.

The fridge didn't work. The bed wasn't comfortable and light comes through the blinds.

The room was comfy and the staff was friendly.

There is no pool or sauna, like its writen in the description.

Spacious room. They have a restaurant on the first floor. Air conditioning was working, they give you a remote control for air conditioning and TV. Credit cards are accepted. Comfy bed and pillows. Overall it was ok. Internet was good.

Bathroom shower needs renovation. it is quite mouldy. Not very central location but if you are with a car, that's ok.

Brekfast was good. Rooms confortable. Frendly staff.

The restaurant had good coffee, wine and basic but delicious food.

Shower enclosure was missing a door allowing water to escape and the shower would not stay on the wall. It also needs a very good cleaning.

I am satisfied with the place - for that money it's worth the stay. The rooms had everything we needed and the restaurant had a nice menu and the prices were great - really affordable.

There were a few sticky spots on the floor and there was no remote for the AC

Very decent hotel at good location and friendly staff.... Excellent value for money! Recommended!
