Clean rooms, nice breakfast, very good value for money.

Small rooms. Far from the city center, don’t go there if you want to feel the historical spirit of the city, better for a business travel .

Clean, cosy, comfortable, quiet and pieceful.

There was no information about how I should check in. It was claimed that the check in is after 15pm. Then at 16:10 I received a message via Viber with a code for the room. I didn’t even see this initially. At the hotel there was also no information. I had to call the given phone number and was advised to check Viber.Although the room had a small kitchen, there was nothing except for 2 glasses.

The location is ОК. The price and quality of the room are OK too.

The road to the hotel does not in very good condition. The visiters must have gps device to find the hotel.

-Staff was impolite. -I booked the room specifically because the description mentioned that a kitchen was available. However, upon arrival, I found the kitchen completely unequipped. It lacked basic essentials like pans, pots, utensils, and even plates. Without these items, the kitchen is essentially unusable. How is one expected to make use of a kitchen that lacks these essential tools?" -No soundproof room-No dark curtains or window sun protection. It's very sunny since 7 am-Really small bathroom.

Ok hotel, but bad bed and strange toilet. Very clean with nice staff. Location is ok, accessible, but with not enough parking spaces. Breakfast is ok for this category. If you need just a place to sleep, its ok.

Toilet had strange layout, with showermaking whole bathroom wet. Bed was fairly stiff and not comfortable. Outside of hotel is not very nice, but its not all their fault. Lift could be improved (too slow and dirty glass).

It was clean and tidy.

Everything was spot on nice bed, room was clean and breakfast was good as well.

The place is nice and clean. The free coffee which goes with the breakfast was bad, as is usual even in 5-star hotels. However, the staff didn't charge for espresso which was very good (both the coffee and the gesture).

There is no reception or receptionist, no staff during most of the time, only staff we saw were cleaning ladies in the morning.This should be at least mentioned somewhere.There was a fire alarm that went off in the middle in the night and nobody to turn it off or check if it was real or evacuate us.... nothing...There's just no staff present inside the hotel They just give you a hotel room pin code and that's it

Staff was kind and supportive.Facility is high-tech fitted.Rooms were clean and well set.

Opening the room by typing (not easy to memorize) code each time is not very convenient (especially if you forgotten your phone or run out of battery).There's kitchen area in the rooms but cutlery is missing.Breakfast was not bad, but buffet style can be better - so you can take what you like instead of receiving preset stuff (same for all) including things that you may not want.

The apartment was clean and big.

There was not receptionist in the hotel instead of it there was an electronic system. The location is not very good.

Polite staff, clean room, tasty breakfast, good location.

No addiotanal blanket in the wardrobe (of course if you ask, they will give you one).No forks, knifes, spoons, plates or pans in the kitchen area.

The attitude of the woman who called me about the check-in. She was very nice and polite.

The furniture in the room was low quality and the hot water ran out halfway through my shower.

Exceptionally clean! Also, the fully automated electronic reception desk is great! Excellent value for money!

The location isn’t very good but Panagyurishte is a small town and its not a big deal.

So tidy and clean. probably has the newest furnishing in all of the town. the restaurant staff treated me with special care and were very kind.

Nothing. It was terrible.

Just checked out. My stay was terrible. There was a party in the restaurant and the music was so loud like it was nextdoor (my room - third floor from five). It ended around 2 am and an hour later I managed to fall asleep. Because of this I missed my breakfast as well. There is no point to pay for a place to sleep if you cannot sleep there, the rest doesn't matter in this case. Sorry Court Inn, never again.

Very clean and tidy. Everything is well maintained.

Bathroom is extremely small. First opening with the code is a bit tricky. No hotel shop or vending machine for toothbrush and toothpaste or other small personal items. No ATM machine.

the woman at the restaurant was good and polite;breakfast was nice;good location;quiet place.

not well-equipped kitchen, only two glasses;bathroom door didn't close up, it was broken;there were oil stains on the wall next to the hotplates;the bed is too small for two people;the kitchen hood pipe is not connected to the vent, it is useless.
