- Only Liked the Fact that you could be on the edge of the Zambezi River

- The Rooms are outdated and need a revamp, the Gardens are terrible and have had no up keep at all, food is very overpriced and not that great either, the breakfast was really poor had like 3 options to choose from also no bacon for a 3 start Hotel is not acceptable service at bar counter was very slow no one checked up on you. Overall rather book some where else.
- Rooms are becoming old and the cleanliness is not as earlier and the water from bathroom and toilet was brown in colour making one uncomfortable to bath using the coffee brown water from the shower.
