Hotel Etropolia

I recently stayed at a Hotel Etropolia, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nothing to mention

The hotel is modern, spacious and confortable, situated in a quiet city surrounded by hills.The staff was nice, we could communicate in english. The food at the restaurant was tasty, breakfast was good, we slept well.

The doors were squeaky.

The room had a microwave oven but no crockery or utensils. Glasses only. Very odd; why have the microwave?

The restaurant closed at 20:00 pm on Sunday so we couldn’t eat there. The staff didn’t speak English well but they were very kind.

No coffee maker / kettle for tea in the room - that was a bit of a bummer

fried 3 slices of bread with a piece of cottage cheese and a thimble of jam is a joke. We had to order extra paid meals for breakfast, although this meal, as declared, should be included in the price of the accomodation.

The room is big and clean

The breakfast is only a coffee and a slice of bread. They don't speak english.

We liked everything at Hotel Etropolia! The staff was really polite, the food at the restaurant was delicious. Our room was very spacios, with a great view to the mountains. Everything was very clean. We would love to stay there again. Etropole is a charming little town.

Excellent location in the very centre of Etropole.The property looks new, very clean and well maintained. The pool was closed (staff warned us at the time of booking) so we weren’t able to see it. The restaurant wasn’t working (we were aware) - there is a cafe with cakes right next to the hotel - an option for “sweet” breakfast.The staff was very polite.

Pillows were a bit high

the hotel is just wonderful !!! very cozy, clean and comfortable. incredible views around! very surprised that the hotel has only two stars! not all four-star hotels are as good as this one!
