The pool was nice

Rooms are very smelly. And the pillows are so huge, I had to sleep without it.

The room was clean and tidy, the aircondition very helpful. Good options for breakfast and the stuff was usually fast although they do not speak good english. Easy to access the hotel even if you don't have your own car.

The serving portions in the restaurant are not consistent and at some point I was personally served a chiken that was raw and pink. When I asked about it they apologized, took away my plate and reheated. I believe They should have made a new one instead of bringing it back reheated because that is very dangerous and the plate could be contagious. Also the bar outside does not have good coctails and only very few options.

Pool, Sauna, Swimmingpool, Restaurant, Breakfast good.

The furniture and interieur of the rooms and basement are old and need to be maintained and replaced.

There isn't a jacuzzi in the spa area...

There are indoor and outdoor pools with a functional spa. The food in the restaurant is okay.

The room was overpriced. There was dust everywhere and almost no wifi signal. Initially, the bathroom smelled of sewage. The restaurant works at a slow pace with some crucial errors, like external objects in the food.

Stayed one night in winter, attended sauna ). Everything is clean, comfortable. Free parking, I saw gym but didn't visit it. Food in restaurant is tasty. Atmosphere is cosy. Staff is very fliendly.

My last time in this hotel was in September 2022, and I was very happy with my stay. This time I found the hotel even better and I have to mention the restaurant with its superb gourmet meals and wine selection. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Troyan.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms and facilities, the kids loved the pools. It's our second time here and one of the reasons we decided to come to Troyan is this hotel.

We liked everything - the staff was super friendly, the room felt just like home. The food in the restaurant was amazing, the included breakfast was better than most places. The location is in the heart of the town which gives easy access to everything.

Only the pool might have been a little bit more cleaner, but still was nice.

I liked the super friendly staff. The included breakfasts were alright for a 3-stars hotel. The room & bathroom were clean as far as I could tell under the poor lighting.

The facilities were a bit old and not really on par with the 3 stars rating the hotel claims. The dinner arrived too fast to be properly cooked food and had an unappetizing taste. The dinner party was too loud, me & my partner could barely hear each other over the table.

The room is very spacious and you have everything you need and the matress is very comfortable.The staff is more than helpful, I want to give special thanks to Nikolay from the reception that was top!The SPA zone is good and the sauna and pool is everything you need to relax.

Maybe the smell from the steam bath can be improved with an aroma.

Very spacious rooms and great views from the balcony. The outdoor pool is very nice including a kids section. The hotel was so nice that we plan to return next year.

A lovely hotel and facilities. Good variety of food for breakfast, lovely food for other meals and good kids facilities (slide, trampoline)

We had only one issue with our stay as it coincided with the hotel being booked for a rather large (and extremely loud!) Christening celebration. It made the use of the pool impossible for the afternoon.

No elevator…. for people with disabilities.

Great facilities from steam bath, sauna, swimming pool to fitness, restaurant, billiard and a super specious rooms. Stuff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We all had an amazing stay.

We had just 1 day stay. Wish we were there for longer.
