- On my trip to Uganda, I became sick with severe gastroenteritis which made it impossible for me to travel to the hotel. They said that in order to cancel I needed a doctor's note which I gave them from a very reputable hospital from Kampala.
Cons -
- That they are refusing to refund my money despite the fact that they are aware that I was unable to travel to their location.
