Rooms are spacious, modern and clean

Stopped in for a night while touring the Balkans. Nice spot overlooking the town. Staff was friendly and restaurant was very good and affordable. Room was clean and quiet. Had we not booked a few nights in Bulgaria already we would have stayed another night or 2 to rest and relax. Thank you Happy Hotel for a worry free stay on our trip.

For the price there is nothing to complain about.

We initially got a small apartment that had one of the rooms quite smelly - probably due to some odor build up. It was impossible to sleep in it. Once I told about this, we got changed to another room that was very clean and fresh. I was happy the situation got solved quickly, although I was a bit surprised nobody observed the bad smell in the room before giving it to us. Maybe it was not used for very long, sometimes it happens.

Nice clean and fresh air, good parking spaces and friendly staff. The salads and pizza are both quite nice.Breakfast has enough variety for anyone to find what they like.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff. Ideal location. If staying definitely have dinner in the restaurant. Food and wine perfect and very reasonable. We love this hotel, our dogs do too.

Picked this as an overnight stop on our travels.well located not far from the motorway.The room was large and spacious with everything you'd need .a good powerful shower.staff were very friendly and the restaurant served good food and plenty of it at very reasonable prices,would stay again

Someone had thumped the bathroom door and there was a large dent,looked like a cover had fallen of a junction box and some wiring could be seen but really minor.

"Hotel Happy" describes the attitude of every staff member we interacted with.Also, it is a quiet, peaceful location. And the food - we had dinner and breakfast - is excellent.

Everything was amazing, the staff even gave us a room upgrade free of charge because one was available. Safe parking, close to the border. Good breakfast choises.

Thin walls

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located on the previous international road which is not used more as a highway is already existing far from the location of Hotel Happy. So, a quite location, surrounded by vegetation and very close to the center of the town.

All was OK!

I've booked four rooms for my family - brother with his wife, the families of my daughter and the family of my nieces, as we were in Dimitrovgrad for a family meeting. All of them were very satisfied by Hotel Happy. Fr details pls., look my already submitted comments.

the location is perfect on the way from serbia to bulgaria and back. good breakfast to choose from. very polite staff. there is a car wash near the hotel. free parking.

The hotel needs renovation. The carpet is old and worn. The beds are creaky

Reasonably priced hotel and restaurant with friendly English speaking receptionist. A short walk from centre of town.

The WiFi/Internet was not working, which was a blow as the charge for data from my UK phone provider was prohibitive. Café Vozd in the centre did, however, have good WiFi.

Friendly people, great restaurant for dinner with tasty food and nice waiter. We had Bungalow room and it was clean and warm . 10/10 thank you for your hospitality
