Clean and comfortable rooms.

Location is on a through way, party on Saturday night until 2pm with a lot of noise

We enjoyed more the restaurant which is located in the same building.

- No shower cabin in the bathroom- Bad smell in the room (assuming that the sheets and towels are not changed)- Poor breakfast- Very bed coffee- Very noisy due to the traffic on the main street

Just off the main motorway I use, so convince for my travel/journey plan.free parking to the rear of the property, I have stayed a few times and always happy to re --book.. you do have a breakfast included in the room rate.

Ladies in charge, like to close the bar early, so offer you a beer from the fringe. But good value for the the night.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon entering the room, I noticed that the sheets were stained with blood and urine, which was unacceptable. The room was also quite noisy throughout the night, making it difficult to get any sleep.When I brought these issues to the attention of the receptionist, they seemed indifferent and did nothing to address the problem. The balcony was filthy, with bird droppings and cigarette butts scattered around.The breakfast was equally disappointing, with limited options and poor quality food. Overall, this hotel offers very poor value for money. I would not recommend staying here, and I certainly won't be coming back.

The rooms are ok and the price is good!

Almost nobody didn't speak English, which can be an inconvenient sometimes, but they were very ok and polite. There was a loud party in the restaurant and some of us couldn't have a proper rest during the night. Everything else was fine!

The breakfast was excellent, room pretty spacious and being with mountain view meant it was quiet during the night. Also, the place has a private secured parking. The bathroom was clean, and the shower pressure was very good.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. We also found a bug.

I arrived quite late in the evening about 11 pm, tired as it had been a long drive. But the hotel is just off the motorway and has plenty of free parking to the rear of the property. Good night's sleep and was up and ready for my breakfast, checked out at about 11 30 to continue my day. More than happy to use this hotel when it's on my planned journey.

Very handy location, just of the main motorway close to where I needed to be. The hotel had a restaurant, so was able to have a beer and a meal. Comfortable stay with a nice clean room and shower, I would be happy to stay again

The smell in the rooms . The lady at reception did not speak english .

on main road, too noisy to open window, could not give room to the back. Receptionist does not speak English, a second did Spanish, so we could communicate. staircase with automatic lights which switch off quickly, had to go up and down in the dark. Water from tap not drinkable, and no bottled water available in room. noisy fridge which was empty.

Staff was really good and helpful. Definitely more than we could expect. You could choose one of three breakfast menus. Everything was tasty and fresh. There was also a big parking next to the hotel.

Even though the room was clean and tidy, and it was meant to be non smoking one, you could smell the cigarette's smoke there.

easy to get to, right on the road into town, second time staying there, first time arrived late at night without booking, no problem at all. amazing views out the back!

The hotel was very clean, the staff - welcoming and the food in the restaurant - really delicious.

Body-M hotel is too far from the center of Vratsa.

breakfast was good, plenty options for evening meal, barman spoke good english and was very helpful

Sincer, Bulgaria are un miros specific, de aceea nu recomand! ?‍♂️
