Too much noise caused by loud music at the restaurant

The hotel is in the center. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

Old fashioned furniture, old fashioned air conditioning. I accidentally dropped my phone and it fell on the glass table, causing a small crack. Although the damage could have been repaired by replacing the top, which would have cost around 100-200 euros, I was charged 600 euros for it, which if you ask me, is a lot more than a table from the 80s.

It was amazing! Comfortable, great location, and best of all, the staff really went out of their way to help. I had an amazing stay!

Standard room was comfortable, if a bit too warm. Lots of variety in the buffet breakfast. There are three restaurants to choose from but the menu seems to be common - all you are choosing is the environment (and prices?). The hotel is conveniently located for a stop-off between Sofia and Ruse. The "Eyes of God" cave is also nearby.

Well organized SPA and variety of food places.

It was too hot, not possible to adjust the temperature as per client's desire.

The people at the reception and restaurant do not speak English.It is hard to understand each other.

Amazing place, truly one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen. The style is that of a Las Vegas hotel, with rich decorations, themed rooms and halls, multiple works of art on diplay (most of them can be purchased) even in rooms. Large rooms, large bathrooms all amenities functional, most of the staff capable of speaking English. The hotel is a most unlikely appearance for such a small provincial town in the northern ( less developed) part of Bulgaria. I think it serves a starting ground for many guided tour activities to the amazing neighboring natural area of the Prohodna Cave. It serves thus, mainly groups of wealthy foreign tourists. The spa area is also nice. The parking area is sufficient. I only stayed here for one night as a rest stop on our returning route from Greece, but I'll be coming back for sure.

The room -Gods eyes was very tastefully furnished. The bedroom was real king size and very comfortable. The bathroom was also quite big

No kids room working after 20.00 h, even one without their staff. The food in the restaurant was very bad quality.

Wonderful pool and spa area. Very clean. Lovely and polite staff, super helpful at any interaction. Great food at the Pri Momite restaurant with many local treats. Best hotel in the area. We loved the themed room for both style and comfort.

It was strange not to be able to flush TP in some of the toilets. The lifeguard was smoking near the pool and you could smell cigarette smoke while in the pool. Perhaps a designated smoking area further away from the pool would help.

A very interesting hotel whose online photos simply don't do it any justice. Spa and indoor swimming pool, astonishingly clean also, with a lifeguard on duty at all times. It is spotlessly clean, well run with organised and eager to help staff, and a fabulous breakfast buffet.

There was nothing negative during our stay.

The food was very delicious. The bed was overall comfortable. There was a coach in the room, which was also comfortable. The view from the room towards the city square was good.

The interior was a little maximalistic, with strange combinations for my taste. At both restaurants the ambient music was unsuitable for eating. The spa zone was not very big and didn't have a lot of facilities.

I don’t like the single beds put together ! It’s hardly good for romance ? the shower room in Kate’s room wasn’t great as never seemed to dry out which left a damp smell - it needs a bath in it too

The room was exceptional and we both liked the “Star Room” theme. It has the lovely addition of a heart-shaped jacuzzi which helps set the mood.

A bit of a weird electrical outlet positioning.

The room for 2 adults with 2 kids was clean with decent size (about 25sq.m). The pool was 32 degrees excellent for children. Sauna and Steam room were available. Restaurant was big and not overcrowded. Staff was very nice and polite. Free parking was available at site. Very good breakfast.

A little renovation will be good. We were having trouble with the card opening the door - we needed to try each time about 10 times until it worked, even after we asked for a new card we were having the same problem. Food in the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner was not tasty. Spa area needs rework, only 1 shower available for men and one for women and it is in each dressing room. Ice bucket/cold shower was not working. The Spa area is also available for visitors not guests in the hotel.

Each deluxe room takes you to a different world. The hotel is quite clean, good breakfast and delicious food in the restaurant, and friendly staff. There is no mineral water, but the water in the pool is heated to 32 degrees. There is a sauna, a steam bath, a gym and they offer a wide selection of massages.

The hotel room was same as in the photos. Everything was okay. The breakfast was perfect - different kind of food and drinks. And the water in the pool was 31 degrees.

The water in our bathroom during the first night was only cold. When we went in the room of the swimming pool , the water was great while the room was a little cold.

Additional sofa is impossible to sleep due to quality. But if you need only main bed it is not a problem

I don’t like the artificial flowers and decorations at the lobby.The room smelled unpleasant, so I used my personal diffusers to remove bad smell.
